We had a very comfortable stay at the Maple Court Hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very Scottish and freshly cooked......Delicious. Will definately book in here again

The big advantage of this hotel is its location. We chose it for its proximity to Eden Court theatre, only a minute or two along the riverside, but it is only about ten minutes from the town centre. It has ample parking. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable without being particularly smart. The decor was not particularly stylish or luxurious […] but not too shabby either - maybe at the lower end of four star or the upper end of three star. However, everything in the room was in good working order. We found the staff friendly and helpful. When we arrived back at the hotel after the theatre a disco was in progress but we couldn't hear it from our room. Breakfast was excellent. Room tired. Bathroom had obviously had someone smoking in it- unpleasant. Shaving light and extractor fan didn't work. Bleach stained settee in ante room. Surprised to have 2 TVs in the suite. The hotel is very soul-less; arrived back from dinner to find hotel locked up at 10.15 - bar closed. Saving grace was the lovely girl who appeared to do everything. […] Breakfast was good. lovely, lovely place. if i ever go back to scotland, and i will. this is the place i´ll bee staying. nice people, beautyfull garden and a perfect location beside ness river.
