Villa Giulia - Ciampino

My husband and I stayed one night at Villa Giulia, because we had an early flight out of nearby Ciampino airport the next morning. The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly and English-speaking. The free wireless worked in our room, and there is a computer available for those traveling without one. The breakfast was better than expected: yogurt, […] breads and pastries, and coffee made to order. From the hotel, one can walk to a grocery store, and several bars and cafes. There did not seem to be many restaurants (other than cafes and pizzerias) for dinner, within walking distance of the hotel. We had dinner in a very nice Chinese restaurant around the block, patronized by local Italians, but also offering menus in other languages, including English. I would not stay at Villa Giulia to see the sights in Rome, but for an overnight convenient to Ciampino airport, it was very good. As others have noted: it is hard to find, because the hotel is set back off the street, and the only sign is very small, mounted on a wall along the narrow driveway. The hotel was ideal for a one stay to catch an early flight from Rome. The room was small but clean. Breakfast was excellent

Hyvä ja siisti hotelli lähellä lentoasemaa ja rautatieasemaa.

Rent och snyggt på rummet,väl utrustat pentry, något litet rum.

Helt ok hotell som ligger nära stationen i Ciampino. Perfekt om man har ett tidigt flyg från Ciampino Airport. Receptionen är öppen 24H och dom är väldigt hjälpsamma med tidig frukost och att ordna med transporter till flygplatsen. Det ska tilläggas att man inte kan gå till flygplatsen från detta hotell då det ligger på andra sidan flygfälten. Men för […] ett fast pris på 20 Euro så blir man upphämtad av taxi vid hotellet. Erittäinen hyvä sijainti. Ciampinosta pääsee junalla (500 m. hotellista) Roomaan Termini-asemalle, nopeasti (15 min) ja edullisesti (1,30 eur!).

Helt greit hotell. Ciampino er derimot nitrist, og hotellet ambefales derfor bare for en mellomlanding før flyreise fra Ciampino flyplass. Savnet også en hotell buss til flyplassen. Vi måtte bestille taxi.

Centralt beliggende for såvel lufthavn som udflugter udenfor Rom. Rolige omgivelser trods tæt ved lufthavnen. Professionel service - alt pænt og rent.

10 minuter med bil till Ciampinos flygplats, enkelt att åka in till Rom 15-20 minuter med tåget från stationen 300 meter bort. Rena rum, gratis internet, bra parkering, engelstalande personal och trevlig innergård. Lite trist fukost, bara kakor men gott kaffe. Det finns ett par pizzerior i närheten, om man vill äta. Hotel is a nice little hotel near Ciampino railway station, but it isn´t really close to airport. 700m in hotels.com page means bird´s way, actually this hotel is on the other side than the terminal and you have to go 3 kilometres around the airfield to get to the hotel.

Bardzo dobrze położony hotel, możliwość szybkiego dojazdu do samego centrum Rzymu środkami komunikacji miejskiej, hotel czysty i zadbany, miła obsługa, nieduże ale dobre śniadania, zdecydowanie polecam!!
