Very helpful staff, good service, very affordable rooms with surprisingly high quality and cleanliness.

especially in a modest hotel . Very well situated near esplanade and boat dock, lots of good,modest restaurants. About 15-20 minute walk across bridge to Dong Ba market. Very friendly staff. No view from our room, just atrium window..

Stayed here for two nights... Staff could not be more attentive if they tried! Location was very good but the citadel (one of the main attractions) us a good walk away but very doable.. Rooms were spotless and spacious. Definitely worth staying in and great value for money.

For the price range I am fully satisfied.. very nice and helpful people, speaking good english.they exhibited good efficiency for my bus trip arrangement.Hotel in this price range I look for decent service, sincere approach and human touch.I can easily say I found them all..Tank you hotel Canary personels...good luck

Rooms were good for the cost, so I would recommend to others but with the following caution. Do not pay extra for the River View rooms. I paid extra to book "river view" rooms for the 4 rooms in my party. There was no visibility to the river any where except a tiny glimpse on the top floor where only the restaurant was.

This is a clean and tidy hotel at great price. The staff provided perfect service and friendly. I will absolutely stay at this hotel again in my next trip to Hue.

this is the best hotel i stayed in while in vietnam. although it was only a 2 star it was better than all 3 star hotels i stayed in. the staff are great and the room facilities mean it should easily be a 3 star hotel. great price too, really cannot be beaten. best hotel in hue and probably vietnam!

Stayed for one night. The best thing to say about the hotel is that all the staff we met was very friendly. We where leaving early, but we could still get breakfast an hour before normal time.

“Great value, nice hotel and staff.” 11 Mar 2011 Maldrum I booked this hotel through Hotels.com and got a double room for myself and my fiancé, which I pre-paid, We were dropped off in a bus and, avoiding the taxi and motorbike touts (though we met a couple of the "Hue Riders" who nicely pointed us in the right direction) found it easily on foot, […] close to the main bars and restaurants, We were a few hours earlier than their check in time but this was no problem, the staff are very friendly and helpful, even offering us breakfast when we arrived, though we were too tired! The room was very clean and comfy, the bedside table and wardrobe both had keys to lock away valuables, good tv too! We had a double and a single bed in a spacious room which also had a balcony, and a fridge stocked with water, juice and beer, We never used the restaurant, many good places nearby, There was no wifi that I could see, perhaps broken, though there are 3 or 4 computers in lobby, plus a wifi cafe next door, Best place we've stayed in Vietnam! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

For this price you can only dream of such a nice service, big and clean room. Only downside was the bathroom wasn't leveled right, so the complete floor got wet after a shower, but well... not too much trouble.

Im Prinzip ist das Hotel schön, mit Frühstück im Dachrestaurant mit Blick über die Stadt. Allerdings hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Fenster lediglich ins Treppenhaus, so dass es sehr feucht und muffig roch. Das Zimmer war relativ groß und eigentlich ok, aber leider ohne Zimmersafe. Die Zitadelle erreicht man zu Fuß in etwa 20 min, Restaurants und Bars gibt […] es sehr viele in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
