Holiday Inn Express & Suites Omaha I-80 - เกรตนา

This hotel was very nice. the beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. The hotel is just off I-80 which makes it convenient. There were no restaurants close by which is the only inconvenience with this hotel. However there was a large shopping mall only 8 miles away with several restaurants.

Good customer service and breakfast. Only complaint is I was double charged for the room. I called and they fixed immediately.

Very handy stop for passing through Nebraska and missing Omaha Friday 5:00PM rush hour. WiFi & Wired Internet available (I chose wired). The only downside was it was beside a WalMart on Omaha's west side. That could be a plus for some travelers (for me, not so much). Hotel night manager very friendly with good knowledge of the area.

It isn't bad....I have stayed at better Holiday Inn & Suites. The staff is good, breakfast was adequate. They did not provide fridge and microwave as advertised but brought up a portable combo unit after a call to the front desk. There was quite a bit of road construction in the area and traffic backed up often. Shopping close by which was nice. Great hotel stay! Comfy bed with excellent pillows. Breakfast was good. Wished there was a fridge/microwave in the room, though. Overall very, very clean room. Very impressed!

We had a nice time, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful, they need more room for people to eat, we had to stand up and wait for a table.

A new hotel, very friendly service, clean rooms, all you could eat breakfast buffet every morning with excellent choices, Would definately return if ever in this area again!!!!

Nice hotel, newly updated in the last year. Nice rooms & good location for our planned activities in the area. Only problem was that the employees too priority was to keep the hotel clean... If your party was hanging out in the lobby after breakfast & it was there time to vacuum, then watch out!
