Royal Inn and Suites - ดักลาสวิลล์

We had an ok stay. The bed was hard. The receptionist/hotel owner (?) walked around in his bare feet. The continental breakfast was only a waffle maker or two types of cereal. No pastries or anything. The owners personal restroom seems be be in the lobby where the breakfast is located.. During our breakfast the owner's wife came out to use the restroom […] and with the smell, I couldn't eat another bite. I didn't find it very sanitary eating that close and having the smell. There were people living there permanently and they were very loud. The location was alright and the neighborhood seemed shady, but was ok for just being there a few hours out of the day. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The hotel itself was shabby. The carpets were dirty. The beds were hard. The staff was very nice, however, and attentive when I needed items such as the remote for the tv and a bathroom light issue. I would not stay there again.

Nice people but the complementary breakfast was sucky. No juice, no variety, no butter for the waffle, and seating was enough for only 2 people. The price was ok. The bed was comfortable and room relaxing.

the service was great . the only thing was the bed was to hard need it to be a little bite softer.
