Sleep Inn & Suites Medical Center - ชรีฟพอร์ต

This hotel was a perfect stay for my sister-in-law and myself. She had a doctors appointment on a Monday morning at 8am and I didn't want to fight the traffic, so we booked this hotel because it was very close to the medical center. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. Would stay again. Very close to Shriner's Hospital too.

no complaints about this hotel, would definitely stay here again.

great room but early morning train will rattle you up it runs right out the back.... its about 150 ft. from your bed

This was a very nice hotel room were very clean and entire hotel was kept up very well... Indoor pool was very relaxing( water was warm,it was great because it was cold outside). Staff was helpful.. My only compaint at all was we had a group with 4 rooms rented and asked to be put side by side or atleast close and we were not and they said they couldn't […] do anything about it! The staff was not above and beyond but very friendly. The hotel was very clean. Our room was very modern looking and had everything we needed. Our room was comfotable. We slept in the back near the tracks on the fourth floor and weren't bothered a bit. The hotel is minutes away from downtown and casinos. The neighborhood is clean and safety was not […] an issue. Only complaint. There was a toenail on a towel in our bathroom. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Nice and clean (excluding the towel incident). The breakfast was by far the best around, with an assortment of things, even healthy fit yogurt. Freshly made waffles and GREAT orange juice. You can get to all the attractions in Shreveport/Bossier in minutes from this location. Staff is extremely friendly, rooms are all newly re-done and in excellent condition. The pool is indoors and they have an excellent complimentary breakfast.

We had problems for a week with this hotel charging my card twice for our room which was booked and paid for via Hotels.com. Located right on a railroad track so trains can be heard all night. Handles on drawers were broken and falling off and when we came in the room, all the drawers were pulled open and left that way. Would not recommend.

It is a nice hotel overall it is just in a wierd location away from everything. Our room faced the train track so that was bad that one night it woke me up but other than that the stay was very good. the breakfast selection was kind of weak compared to Comfort Inn. Waffles, fruit loops was the only cereal no meat and boiled eggs only!

Everything was Excellent!!!!!! I didn't eat at the hotel so I can not comment on it. If ever I am in that area I will stay there. I highly recommend Sleep Inn and Suites Medical Center

The hotel stay was very enjoyable. the only trouble is the neighborhood seemed to be a little on the rough side. i was stopped twice by panhandlers wanting money. I do not know if they were local people or not. I just have never had someone come up to me in a motel parking lot asking me for money. Really like the location with the exception of it being next to a railroad track. I only heard the loud train one time. The continental breakfast was a joke and there were too many people there to get a chance to eat .

Quiet, luxurious, hotel within sight of Medical Center. Food nearby. Beware charges. Was charged 3 times for a one night stay. Reserved room online. Staff was very helpful after mistake discovered. Took a week to refund charges.

GREAT HOTEL! NEVER WOULD HAVE EXPECTED IT FROM THE NAME "INN". THE DECOR WAS AMAZING! WE LOVED IT! GREAT STAFF, GREAT AMENITIES, ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!
