The hotel itself was in a really handy location - easy walking distance to Albert Dock and the town centre. Only about 10 mins walk from Lime St station. Our room was large, clean and had everything we needed - TV, iron and ironing board, hair-dryer, plenty of towels, tea and coffee facilities. The shower was great and there were nice little extras […] such as an iPod dock, wifi and a heated mirror in the bathroom so it didn't steam up after showering. Although budget in price the hotel didn't feel budget. It had plenty of character and was well worth paying that little bit more than you'd pay at a Travelodge or Premier Inn type chain. One thing to be aware of... the breakfast is waiter service rather than buffet. This suited us perfectly and the quality was great. However if you're after quantity rather than quality you can pop outside to nearby pubs and cafes and get more for your money. Excellent little hotel very clean and very good location. The only problem was Double Beds, for the price I think Kingsize beds would have been in order.

A brilliant positioned hotel, close to everything that Liverpool offers all sightseers. The slaughterhouse pub next door and the Liverpool pub round the corner were brilliant.Albert Docks are a must see. Will definately be back to Liverpool and this hotel! Shame no car park though!

Perfect location, only a few minutes walk away from the city centre and Liverpool One.

Vi hadde et flott helgeopphold. Rommet var veldig fint. Det var nettilgang, men ikke trådløst. I restauranten var de veldig behjelpelige og kunne diske opp med gluten og laktosefri frokost. God beliggenhet, kort gange til Albert Dock og handlegatene.

Een prima hotel voor (lang)weekend in Liverpool. Dicht bij het winkelcentrum. In buurt zitten een aantal leuke cafes en kroegen. Ook het Beatles museum is op loop afstand. Personeel van het hotel is zeer vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Hotelkamers zijn klein maar comfortabel. Heyvood oli siisti ja asiallinen perushotelli. Huoneemme oli melko pieni, mutta siisti ja söpö. Iltaisin huoneisiin kuuluu vähän ääniä kadulta, mutta yleisesti ottaen hotelli oli rauhallinen. Sijainti oli hyvä. Keskusta on kävelymatkan päässä ja satamaan on vain muutama sata metriä. Meidän varaukseemme ei kuulunut aamiaista, mutta sitä sai hotellin […] viereisestä ravintolasta, johon pääsee suoraan respasta.
