Excellent hotel, would definately stay again. Bed was huge and very comfortable and the room and facilities were very good. A couple of minor niggles, the knob which switches the water between the shower and bath wouldn't work so had to fill the bath with the shower and the towels were often forgotten when the room was made up - both of these niggles […] were the same for our friends. But, once we called reception, towels appeared within minutes! There were intermittent problems with the pool and jacuzzi so they weren't open every day. But, these are small things and I would still book this hotel again in a heartbeat. Location was fine (for the price) and we particularly liked being away from the tourist area and finding Le Famiglie restaurant just down the road (which was magnificent, full of locals and not another tourist in sight!) was a welcome relief after camping in Patagonia. The bed was enormous and very comfortable, the bathroom spotless and the included breakfast was enough to keep us going till dinner. We had a meal at the hotel on the first night and it was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised. There are also some very good restaurants quite close. We stayed on 21 and 24 thru 30th 2012. Very friendly service staff (two who spoke good English) and gave helpful directions and hints. Location is convenient good breakfast and friendly service makes us recommend for anyone who is looking for medium priced hotel. Actaully 4 families stayed in 4 rooms and all of us did not have a single complaint.

My check in to the hotel was simple and quick. I recommend this hotel to someone who is looking for a good deal for the money. The room had a slight stink to it, but I just think it was the building. I was only in the hotel for 2 nights, so I requested no maid service. My reason for this is that i read online that another customer had somethings stolen […] from their room. The location is not the best, but it is close and major attractions are in 25 mins walking distance. The room was simple, but clean, and the size was big. I say that this hotel was good for the PRICE. NOT a honeymoon spot, but for someone who will just sleep in the room this will do. Todo fue excelent, muy buena relacion precio valor, en el desayuno falta colocar algo mas de proteinas pero todo estaba muy bien, tuvimos que mudarnos de habitacion porque el aire acondicionado no enfriaba adecuadamentel. a pesar de esto volvería sin pensarlo.

O Hotel parece que foi reformado a pouco tempo, decoração moderna, limpo, o café da manhã é simples, mas gostoso. El hotel es muy cómdo, la habitación esta limpia y es amplia. El personal muy amable en todos los sectores. Lo único que le resta puntos es que el jacuzzi de la terraza, solo tira chorros de abajo y no a la altura de la espalda (cuando es lo más importante)..

O Hotel é bem localizado, confortável e com um bom atendimento, mas o banho é ruim, a ducha não tem pressão. Mesmo assim o custo benefício vale a pena....

En general es bueno el hotel pero definitivamente no es 4 estrellas. Nos encanto el hotel, la atencion, la limpieza del mismo, es muy confortable , quedamos super conformes, recomendamos el hotel, nosotros fuimos de noche de bodas, y volveriamos a ir,.

la vista a la ciudad es en verdad la vista a unos techos y ventanas de los edificios contiguos. durante toda mi estadía de 2 días no pudieron facilitarme un triple para que pueda conectar el cargador del celular. salimos a la mañana, y cuando volvimos a las 16;00 la habitación no estaba hecha. vinieron a las 17:00 a arreglarla.

Recomendo o Monserrat, bem localizado, próximo a San Telmo, ao Metro, fácil de chegar. Atendimento muito bom, limpo, instalações novas. Muito bom mesmo

O Monteserrat apart hotel, é um bom hotel, com limpeza boa, razoavelmente moderno, o pessoal da portaria poderia ser mais atencioso, mas a localização, deixa a desejar, talvez porque durante a estadia, não usamos transporte público, mas tudo compensa, pelo baixo preço dos taxis portenhos! recomendo sim o hotel.

Hotel ótimo, bom atendimento, simpatia dos funcionarios e atenciosos. Café da manha de boa qualidade, tudo limpo e organizado. recomendo. voltaria sem duvidas.

Hotel com quarto amplo, confortável, com copa e perto de mercado. No geral, tudo bem. O café da manhã é apenas regular. Mas não compromete.

lo unico que no estuvo a la altura del hotel fue la atención del personal de recepción durante los dias de mi estadia . A diferencia de la amabilidad y cordialidad del gerente del hotel. Muy satisfecho con mi estadia lo recomendaria ampliamente

Me encanto el hotel esta muy bien ubicado, tiene buenos restaurant cercas, la atencion es excelente, las habitaciones comidad y limpias, la comida en el restaurant del hotel muy buena, y el servicio al cliente es excelente. El hotel tiene piscina aclimatada con un vista de lo más interesante. Sin ningun tipo de quejas.

Apesar da proximidade do Centro, não é uma boa caminhada, pois a região não está preservada, não é agradável. O hotel é bom, tem boas instalações, mas o café da manhã é simples e o atendimento é seco, sem gentilezas. Razoável, mas não espere muito.

Ótimo hotel, instalações muito boas e em ótimas condições (tudo novo), o atendimento e a cortesia excelentes. Quanto a limpeza, em nossa hospedagem os quartos estavam sempre limpos. O hotel fica a uns 10 minutos do metrô e uns 15 min do Congresso. A comida dos pratos a la carte do restaurante é excelente, uns dos pontos fortes do hotel e não é tão caro. Os […] pontos fracos foram que a internet sem fio não funcionava em nosso quarto (sinal muito fraco) e nem no corredor, somente no lobby. No quarto não tinha lugar para jogar lixo. Trata se de um hotel Moderno e funcionarios muito dedicados e simpaticos. O Cafe da manha eh simples, mas muito bom.

Muito bom hotel, é exatamente como mostra nas fotos, atendimento muito bom dos recepcionistas, tem uma vendinha aberta ate as 01:00 na esquina do hotel, cafe da manhã simples, porem muito bom! recomendo e com certeza voltaria a me hospedar nele.

Acogedor hotel a pocas cuadras del Obleisco y tiendas de Florida, el cuarto de buen tamaño, buenas camas con buenas sábanas y limpieza. Duchas sin mucha presión. El SPA muy bien con piscina, hidromasaje, sauna seco y vapor, más un pequeño gimnasio.

Hotel bom, com boa infra estrutura, café da manhã básico e bom; hotel bem organizado. Atendentes atenciosos com boa vontade e dispostos a te oferecer um ótimo serviço. Localização na zona central da cidade perto de tudo. Vale a pena. Recomendo.

El Hotel Monserrat, posee un excelente restaurant en la esquina de la misma calle en donde se encuentra el Hotel. Este Restaurant se llama "Prosiutto". Excelente servicio, atención esmerada, muy buena comida. Lo recomiendo.

Instalações excelentes! Apartamentos supernovos! Pena que as instalações da piscina ainda não estavam prontas, vai ser excelente quando estiver concluído.
