Plaza Suites Mexico City - เม็กซิโกซิตี

It is a hotel/residence place where 3 floors are for the hotel rest are private condos. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The only negative is the location. The closest shopping center is Reforma 222 which is a new mall with restaurants. The metro station is about a mile from the hotel and at night not much within walking distance.

Great rooms and views. Very helpful and willing staff. We had an excellent stay. Don't be put off by comments below, this really is a very pleasing place to stay, despite minor irritations. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk into the centre of the city, along the main roads. We did this regularly and enjoyed it. We also walked in the opposite direction […] to the Anthropological Museum, which takes the best part of 45 minutes, but reveals the city in a very different way. There were a few difficulties. First, taxis from the airport don't know where it is, but they do know the Embassy Suites, which is right next door. We had this information in advance, it turned out to be exactly correct, and staff from one place too us over to the other once we realised we had taken to the wrong hotel. Literally one minute across the road. Second, all the rooms look out onto Av. Paseo de la Reforma, which is a major avenue through the city, and which is very busy as well as noisy. Cars start up early and horns, as well as traffic police whistles, start seriously from around 7am. The views made up for this, but it was wearing at times. We were very happy when when the weekend came round and traffic was banned in favour of bicycles. Third, the rooms are actually apartments with kitchen facilities, but there aren't really any shops nearby to get food for cooking. We ended up using OXXO - several nearby - which was mostly awful junk food. We also ate out often, which is what you should do anyway in such a rich food culture. Hotel breakfasts were very good - but menu meals, not a buffet, and not included in the price of the rooms. Forth, we called one evening to get a meal from the hotel restaurant in our room, but nobody in the kitchen spoke English and the hung up on us. Also, resist the temptations of the minibar and snacks - overpriced. Last, checkout was slower and clunkier than I expected - took about 20 minutes in the end. It is not a hotel. It is a Condo Hotel super well located for me. It is high class Residence building. I was on business trip and need more promotion about it. The reason is none of the taxi driver's didn't know about the hotel. It is on my point of view that I am a Director of Sales & Marketing for a hotel. Thank you

Even though the Neighborhood is not the best, the hotel sits right in Reforma Avenue, the most important in the City for business and tourists all alike. It is in walking distance from the Zocalo (a must see in Mexico) and the Revolution Monument, from here you can take a taxi or bus that within 20mins will get you anywhere in Reforma. Been in México city many times, first time that experience top level service, amazing accommodations !

Beautiful, modern hotel with attentive and professional staff. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean. The only drawback was that NOTHING in the room is complimentary, including water and coffee. I understand paying for things in the minibar, but have never been charged for a seemingly free water bottle in the bedroom and a packet […] of drip coffee. Nice place, kinda hard to find. Nobody knows about it...just tell the taxi driver it is across the street from Embassy Suites on Columbus Square. HVAC is lousy. One small unit in the bedroom but it only put out slightly-cool air. And this is one that bugs me at many motels: cheap toliet paper. the Suites are excellent, very comfortable, very clean, the service people are kind and competent, the location is not so centrally located, but I wold trade the kitchen and one of the two bathrooms for an overnight service and a restaurant / bar (that I've been told is a project to come....). I haven't been using the SPA and the swimming pool, the […] pooltable or the Gym, for lack of time, but I noticed a few guests appreciated them. This Hotel will give you a home feeling confort but with all the amennities a 5 star hotel.

This a residential high end condo's that have a few floors of hotel. Very nice suites, well detailed with kitchenette and good for someone spending a number of days in downtown Mexico City. Wonderful indoor lap pool, gardens and gym...however, very new and few services like restaurant and bar.

Ett hotell med bästa läge på Refoma. Kan kännas lite konstigt när man anländer då man inte kommer in direkt i lobbyn utan den ligger ett par våningar upp. Fantastiska små lägenheter med alla bekvämligheter. Kök och tvätt maskin. Snyggt möblerat. Bassäng och yaccutsi. Hjälpsam personal.

La experiencia ha sido realmente buena. Las instalaciones en muy buen estado, muy completas. La atencion durante el check in y al ordenar la cena excelente. Realmente es como estar en casa, con servicio de hotel. Buen estacionamiento y buen servicio de internet. Almost Staffs are not good at english. and there is not enough tour-information (ex, Maps, Tour-Programme, Transportation Information etc..) in Hotel. Except above, I really satisfied. Very Clean, Very Friendly and fantastic staffs I can recommed to someone will visit in mexico city.

I loved the hotel, it is located near downtown Mexico City, which is a great place to visit, full of truly amazing historic sites. The hotel has beautifully-designed and well equipped high class suites and the service is superb. It is located in the nicest and most recognized business zone in Mexico City. Un hotel muy especial.Es de lo mejor y con un muy buen servicio. Pasamos 3 noches y nos atendieron de primera.

Excellent rapport qualité prix sur les sites d'Expedia. Très belle vue de toutes les chambres. Tout y est neuf très chic et très spacieux. Le lit était divin. Le service discret et très attentionné. Un hôtel moderne et sophistiqué relativement bien situé. La piscine et le spa sont de premier niveau. Le petit déjeuner était extraordinaire. Et il était […] bien inclus..... Un bémol: pour un immeuble de ce standing, c'est vraiment dommage que les vitres ne soient pas plus isolantes du bruit de la rue. Ce n'est pas insupportable mais c'est étrange... very nice hotel. it's brand new, with good ameneties. Excellent service, tastful decor. central location. the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. would definitely recommend it.
