A little outdated, but a friendly place to stay. The staff were very helpful.

Manager very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast excellent. WiFi could be better. Shower leaked and light went in bathroom. Otherwise, was an enjoyable place to stay.

Enjoyed our stay, rooms very comfortable. Location very accessible to events and all parts of Melbourne. Close to trams, buses and train so easy to get around from here.

PROS: Walking distance to city, MCG, Bridge Rd and some nice restaurants. Awesome breakfast (includes hot food). Nice dining area. Ensuite had been redone. Free movies. Quiet for a BnB - not much noise from above or next door. CONS: Room run down. Bed was uncomfortable (room 14). Fridge stank of sour milk. Room was musty. Vines growing through the screen […] so window couldn't fully close, and spiders were living inside window area. Use of laundry is not free (listing did not indicate this). The breakfast, location, comfortability and size of the room are all ok since the room rate of this hotel is cheap. But one rather unacceptable is there is no receptionist after 7pm! You cannot leave your baggage in the reception until 7 or 8pm after check out! We had a comfortable stay in this hotel. It was quite easy to get to city...tram or train station is just 5 mins walk from the hotel. Amenities like convenience stores or other shops were at walking distance. MCG is very close....all nearby houses look quite unique (Victorian style) that'll remind you that you are in a vacation at a unique place.Breakfast […] was decent and hotel staff were friendly. Georgian Court does so much right but somehow manages to just miss the mark. It is clean and quiet, the bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom (I had an ensuite room) tidy and stocked and the breakfast well layed out with a good variety of food. We had a comfortable, enjoyable stay at the Georgian Court . The breakfast was great, the room was clean, comfortable, quiet and warm. The host was gracious enough to allow us to leave our car at the B&B while we went to the footy the following day. All in all a great choice to stay.

To have a country feel in the city is rear. A friendly and cossy place to stay. Would recommend this place to all my friends. Also very convient to the city.

In our time we have stayed in a lot of Motels, but this place is far better than most of them. We had a specialist's appointment in the City, and this was a most convenient location to stay. OK til prisen. Bemærk at Ensuite betyder ikke at der er to værelser i forlængelse af hinanden men derimod at der er badeværelse i forbindelse med værelset. Ellers er det ude på gangen. Not clean blankets and not clean towels. This hotel can´t have that high points. Someone must send in fake points.
