Good hotel, good breakfast, close to subway, neighborhood not super but no problem.

Very clean and comfortable I would love to stay again..

It indeed was a very pleasant surprise

First room had hair all over the bathroom and sheets. Toilet paper roll was almost empty and trash bin was full. Room had "supposedly" been cleaned. I asked for another room and was offered a basement room. I politely declined as the hotel is not in the best neighborhood, and was told another room would not be available until whenever the "cleaning […] crew" showed up. Manager was very rude and unaccommodating. I left and stayed at another hotel down the street that was well worth the higher price. Horrible location, situated in the middle of a block with rundown buildings on each side and an el running down the middle of the street. Really no place to park your car as you are checking in. Only 9 available parking spots for the entire hotel, which means you will most likely have to park your car (for a fee) in a garage located two blocks away […] and you have to leave it and your keys. So plan on using a taxi or car service to get around. Evening staff was not the most welcoming. Daytime staff was all smiles and friendly (go figure). VERY CLEAN ROOM, VERY HELPFUL STAFF!

Nice, clean hotel. Walking distance to sub-way. Didnt like the Air conditioner blowing right onto the bed. Area alittle concerning but never felt unsafe.

This is located in Brooklyn and very convenient to the Nostrand Avenue A & C line subways, so, with the A line, it's a fast trip into Manhattan. Overall, the hotel is top quality and excellent value for the $$$. Parking is free, so convenient if you're driving and can get around that way.

I absolutely loved this hotel, but the neighborhood it is settled in his quite lack-luster. A LIRR stop is right in front of the hotel, but the subway is a little bit of a walk into some sketchy neighborhood. Very nice and new facility. Clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. The A/C unit is right by bed. I didn't care for that. The hotel is in a not very nice neighbourhood. But car service can solve that problem, you don't have to walk in the later of the day.

I WAS BORN IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND I AM HAPPY TO SEE A NATIONAL CHAIN DEVELOP A PROPERTY IN THE COMMUNITY. THE HOTEL IS SMALL, BUT WELL RUN AND WELL CARED FOR IN EVERY AREA I USED. Pro: Clean lobby, room and wash room. Good breakfast. Hotel staff was nice. Big HDTV, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. Cons: Free parking is very limited! 7/23(土)～8/1(日)まで8泊してきました。 このホテルはAtlantic Aveという街道とLIRRのCity Terminal Zoneの線路に面しています。JFKから交通の便は非常に良くて、AirTrainとLIRRの接続がうまくいけば、30分以内で着くことが可能です。また、今回は到着が土曜日で出発が日曜日だったので、LIRR部分はCityTicketという週末料金が利用できました。その結果JFKとの片道はAirTrain$5+LIRRのCityTicket$3.75で済みました。 そのLIRRのNostrand Avenue駅からは徒歩30秒（上りは信号を渡るので1～3分）、地下鉄AとCのNostrand Ave駅からは徒歩4～5分、地下鉄2,3,4,5のNostrand Ave駅からは徒歩15分弱というとても便利な立地でした。バス停は目的地次第ですが、Brooklynのダウンタウン行きなら地下鉄AとCのNostrand […] Ave駅の上なので同様に徒歩4～5分です。 さて、事前にGoogle Mapのストリートビューで確認していたので驚きませんでしたが、お世辞にも周辺の見た目は洗練されているとは言えません。人によっては、もしかすると荒れているように見えるかもしれません。しかし、Nostrand Avenue自体が長い商店街なので、夜も明るくてある程度人通りもあり、危険な感じはありませんでした。Nostrand Avenueと地下鉄AとCの駅があるFulton Stもバス通りで大きな商店街なので、ちょっとした買い物と食事で困ることはないと言うか、かなり便利です。 ホテルの建物は決して新しくはないと思います。しかし、改装されていて内部はきれいです。スタッフはフレンドリーで、お願いしたことに関しては頑張ってくれました。部屋内のインターネットは有線、無線両方とも無料です。また、フロント横に2台のデスクトップPCもあり、そこで印刷が可能です。ランドリーはありませんが、徒歩1～2分の場所にコインランドリーがあるので不自由ではありませんでした。 朝食はついています。食パンとロールパン等2～3種類、ヨーグルト2～3種類、ゆで卵、シリアル2～3種類、コーヒー等2～3種類、ジュース2～3種類といった感じです。毎日では飽きるので、近くの客が絶えない食堂も併用しました。 なお、最初に通された部屋がAtlantic Aveという街道とLIRRのCity Terminal Zoneの線路に面していました。道路の方はあまり気にならなかったのですが、線路の騒音の方は少し気になったので、3日目から道路と線路に面していない部屋に変更してもらい熟睡できるようになりました。 อ่านเพิ่มเติม

El hotel es muy bueno aunque está localizado en un sector de Brooklyn no muy agradable a la vista y parece ser algo inseguro. Lo bueno es que está cerca del metro y en 15 minutos puedes estar en Manhatan. Por el precio es una buena alternativa aunque si consiguen algo más cercano a puente de Brooklyn sería mejor.
