The breakfast each morning was great, and the free shuttle allowed us not to rent a car. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the city and things to do.

I was very satisfied with the stay at the Hyatt Place downtown. Excellent customer service at the front desk and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety. Enjoyed the short walk to the Seattle Center and the view of the Space Needle from the breakfast seating area. I would definately stay there again.

Our stay was fine; the continental breakfast was very good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were never informed there would be a $20 daily charge to park our car at the hotel plus two additional taxes. Our tv was too quite to hear certain channels like A&E. The hotel was very nice as well as the staff. I would return to this location. Although I was not aware of the parking charge I explained this to the staff they were able to take 1 day charge off the bill. had a great time!!!!

Can't complain about the hotel itself. It was clean. The room was nice and large. The breakfast was tasty. The hotel had parking underground (which they forgot to charge us for - but it would normally be $20 a day). There's a pool and fitness room and they provided a crib for our baby. Location is great. It was very clean and seemed quite new. We definitely enjoyed our stay and our son never complained about the pull out couch! My only complaints would be about the room temperature, recycling, and linen service. It was difficult to have the room at a comfortable temperature as it was either blasting cold air or heat; nothing in the middle. There was […] no recycling bin in the room or on the floor but his would be as easy as placing a blue bin in each room to help keep items like paper and drink containers out of the garbage :-) As for the linens, the Hyatt Place, like most hotels these days, are on the right track with saying that they are not replacing your towels and sheets every day. We recently stayed at the Hyatt Place hotel in Seattle with our two young children. We stayed in king room with a pull-out sofa bed. The room was clean, quiet and spacious. Room was spacious and very clean. Relatively new so decor was up to date. Underground parking slots were a little tight. Overall, highly recommended.

front desk staff did not seem so approachable. I think personal affairs between front end staff should not be communicated in front of guests. Otherwise, room was not bad and food was ok. But I will try a different hotel next time.

This hotel was beautiful and comfortable, and the breakfasts were amazing. The 24-hr free shuttle service within a mile was very convenient. I was most impressed though with the front desk staff - they were so friendly and were helpful above and beyond what was expected.

We were located right next to the elevator so I was awoken throughout the night by loud people using the elevator. I complained to the front desk worker and she said "I'm sorry." Normally I never write reviews but we actually were so impressed with this hotel I had too. The staff was very friendly, excellent value for a very nice hotel, extrememly clean, good breakfast, and fast internet service. I would recommend it and it was very family friendly in a close location to the space needle and downtown.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean and updated. I didn't like that the room had no tub, just a shower, and it was kinda noisy at night, due to the ambulance and police cars, and our room practically sat in the parking lot of a gas station, that was our window view. other than that, things were great.

Will never stay at this hotel again. Was given inaccurate information pertaining to vehicle parking and shuttle services, resulting in huge unexpected expenses. Extremely disappointed with lack of concern expressed by hotel staff. Prior to booking a stay with this hotel, would advise written confirmation of supposed costs.

Not very happy. My room had constant traffic noise. The bed sheets were not changed after the mentioned 3 days. Breakfast though was very nice. Among the best that I have had for hotels of the same category

We stayed here for two nights last week, and I was pleasently surprised. This hotel seemed to be quite new, and everything looked spectacular. The rooms were huge, and I loved the fact that there was a separate lounge area in each room with a sectional couch that pulled out into a bed.
