The service is good and the room is big and comfort. u think this is a new hotel which everything seem to be new and nice. Value for money, no gym and swimming pool. Plus points is that it is near to the BTS and underground train which takes 10 mins of walk. Very convenient.

We had a wonderful stay here! Our stay was upgraded from Superior to Deluxe. The location of this hotel is awesome, it's near to Asok BTS. And I think this is the cheapest way to go to places and airport. Famous pratunam market is just 3 stations far. And best of all they also provide free tuk-tuk service to the BTS station. The Kingston Suites is a really nice boutique hotel on one of the side streets of Sukhumvit Road. Everything is really close but due to its location you're not in the middle of all the hustle. Recommend it!

We've been staying at this hotel for 2 nights for our 4 nights stay in BKK, since we can't decide between this hotel and other hotel we ended up staying. The tuk-tuk service, especially the driver, was very cheerful and helpful person. My daughter had a very good moment with the tuk-tuk service provided. A bit of minus point was the mattress. It's harder than other hotel, although it's not to the point that it made us cannot sleep. Hotel excellent - quiet street - yet near to all attractions and stations. Staff very helpful.

Booked this hotel as it was near an area we were familiar with. We stayed for 5 days 4 nights and quite enjoyed our stay. There are some pros and cons which I shall share. Pros - Relatively near Asok and Nana BTS (5 mins walk) - Good service from all staff - Fast and reliable WIFI connection - Rain shower is great, with hot water at all times. - Clean […] room with good house keeping service - Tuk tuk driver was very friendly and helpful, even driving us to Bumrungrad Hospital when we needed to go there. - decent buffet breakfast at a reasonable price. Cons - Quite a distance away from main road, especially at night when its dark, quite a bit to walk - Tuk tuk service is not 24 hours, like some other hotels - no convenience store near by. - bed was a bit harder than we would have liked. Overall, it was good value for money, especially since we were going to Bumrungrad Hospital quite a few times and the hotel is only 1 km away. Staff is very good. Quiet location off Sukuhmvit Road about 5 minutes walk to Skytrain. Stayed 5 nights over two stays. Rooms were in better condition on the second stay, which might mean the better rooms are given out earlier in the day. Best breakfast of the 5 hotels we stayed at. Free hotel tuk tuk service to the klong Sang Saeb river taxi boats, […] subway or skytrain. Very convenient to get around using these modes of transportation. Departed at 4:30am and they made free take out sandwiches for us since we were missing breakfast. Main concern, bed was very hard. Felt like a pad over a boxspring. A little mold in the corner of the shower. Other than that I would give rooms 5 stars for the price. Check out the King & I Spa across the street from Soi 15 for a great massage. Tip: Best low-end shopping or women at Platinum Fashion Mall by Pratunam Market, or ground floor of Big C (not MBK). I stayed at the Kingston Suites together with my wife for 4 night in January 2012. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is also excellent. Warmly recommended!

Hotel rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff were effecient and spoke good English. Breakfast was very good buffet style, with good western choices. A short walk to the main road where a lot of the bars / restaurants are and very close to the metro stations that can take you most places quite cheaply. I would return to this hotel.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Kingston -- very nice room, good bathroom, great breakfast buffet, very helpful staff. The only drawback we felt (and it might be a 'plus' for others) was that it was quite a way from Sukhumvit and the Sky Train. Once you leave Nana and get to the main street, you have no clue where this hotel is. Lugging two suitcases through heat and smog after a 12 hour flight this is the last thing you need. I found it unpleasant that the windows in our room were frosted and locked shut, we had no view and the aircon wasn't great so it felt very claustrophobic- but that might just be me. Hi, Feel disgusted that the Bell Boy at the time of check out asks for tip. How can you ask for tip when the tip depends upon customers satisfaction. It was disgusting and realy fel bad about it.

Hotel was very smart - the photographs on the hotel website were accurate. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Food was a bit of a problem - being muslim trying to determine what was halaal was a problem so it was mainly toast and tea for breakfast - not the worst but could be better. Some taxi drivers don't know the hotel but in a city the size of Bangkok, that's no surpirse. Just mention Soi 15 and you get there. All in all, extremely good value for money. Even without the free tuk tuk service, walking to the Asoke BTS takes only 3-5mins. Best of all, it is also only 3 mins walk away from Health Land & Spa. Location on soi 15 is convenient from Thermae coffee shop, about a 5 minute walk north from Sukumvit. Thus it is in a quiet area. They offer a tuktuk service so you dont have to walk to the BTS on Sukumvit. There is also free internet in the business center

All the staff was very courteous. Breakfast was excellent. Location is walking distance from MRT and two BTS station. It is in the heart of the city. I would highly recommend to check this hotel out. It is one of the best value for your money.

The hotel has good size, well equipped rooms and service is helpful and excellent in every respect. Free Wi-Fi and a good breakfast buffet were both good. The nearby Sukhumvit Road is full of market stalls and has many restaurants and other shops, but it is a taxi ride to the old town where the King's Palace is situated. Possible negative comments […] are that the hotel is on a narrow road without adequate pavements (sidewalks, for Americans) meaning that some people might feel uncomfortable walking along to the main Sukhumvit Road (only a few minutes), especially at night. Very quiet location location, good service and excellent value for money. The hotel is modern,clean and very good size rooms. Definitely stay there again.

Pros: Nice European-styled rooms; very friendly staff; close to Nana BTS station and Bumrungrad Hospital. Cons: Soi 15 is very empty - no restaurants or shops; very narrow road with few sidewalks, so somewhat dangerous to walk.

Thought it was pretty clean and comfortable, close to bts, staff was friendly and private tuk tuk was nice. Slightly down the road (soi i think its called) but only about a 5-8ish min walk to bts and main road.

Good location fairly close to Asok / Nana sky train. Good value for money for area. However, beds a little hard for me and the room seemed to small a little damp. Also be aware that the rooms have showers only - no bath. However, staff friendly and overall prbably better than my expectations for price / area. Good for a stop over in Bangkok.

the hotel is less than a year old so everything worked well and the hotel was in good order. the staff were very friendly and helpful to their authority. The morning (included)buffet was nice w/eggs cooked to order, fruit, rolls, etc. etc. this was my 2nd stay at this hotel and all went well I would recommend it to friends.

My wife & i were on holiday. The hotel was exactly as shown on hotels.com and on the hotel website. The hotel was new, so it looked good, the room was good too. Though we had booked the Executive Corner Room, we were given the Deluxe Room, since it seems the previous guest had not vacated the room, but we had nothing to complain about, the Deluxe Room […] was fine with us. In fact the hotel even refunded the difference in tarriff to us without inordinate delay in time. Staff was courteous, breakfast was nice. Will visit again. Brilliant. I thoroughly recommend this hotel. Friendly and professional staff. Rooms were immaculate and of a high standard, beds very comfortable and high quality mattresses and bed linen. Nice hotel, near many others, in a lively neighborhood. The staff were polite, if not very helpful for finding taxis and getting around town. The room was excellent as was the breakfast.

I believe this is a new hotel, and they have appeared to work out any kinks. The staff is really friendly, and make up if they don't the answer by trying to help you find the answer. They have a service to drop you at the rail stations and the rooms are huge and clean! We wanted to stay an extra day, and they gave us the same hotels.com rate. NICE!

This hotel was an excellent value for the money. The location was fantastic. Rooms were immaculately cleaned and spacious. The food was quite delicious. And the kitchen staff were asking for our feedback on the dishes, which was refreshing. I would only choose to stay here on any visits to Bangkok.

位置稍微尴尬，处于河流和BTS的中间那块，还好出租车都能找到。服务很不错，酒店偏小了一点，由于是从半岛酒店换到这的，所以落差造成了一点主观印象上的不足。但总体来说还是很不错的，属于商务酒店类型，能提供免费的小车到河边或周边BTS站之类，最近的一个新大型商场TERMINAL 21很近，步行约10分钟能到。其他景点貌似还有点距离

Cet Hotel est super , par contre il est mal placé... C'est la galère pour y accédé, les taxi ne connaissent pas ou peu ... Par contre pour se déplacé en sky train c'est super, il y a une bouche non loin!

Vi havde 4 gode dage på hotellet. Altid flinke og hjælpsomme ansatte der yder en flot service. Vi mødte kun venlighed under vores ophold. På det ene værelse var der en fejl på toilettet, men dette blev udbedret med det samme. Kan kun anbefales, og skal selv bo der igen på næste tur til Bangkok ;-)

Mycket prisvärt hotell. Hotellet har gratis transport till närmaste skytrain station (Asok) och Robinson Department Store. Frukosten är ganska begränsad i sortiment men ändå helt okej. Vi besökte hotellrestaurangen ett par gånger kvällstid och fick trevlig service och god mat. とても快適に過ごせるホテル！ 部屋も広いし、朝食もおいしかった。 最寄り駅までほんの少し歩くけど、立地も良くて文句なし！

Schönes Hotel, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, einzig beim 2ten Besuch haben sie uns ein Zimmer zugeteilt wo die Kanalisationsdüfte aus der Toilette rauskamen. Als wirs tags darauf gemeldet haben keine Entschuldigung und gar nix. War ein bisschen schade aber die anderen Zimmer waren 1a was man bei dem Preis aber auch erwarten darf.

Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zur Th. Sukhumvit, BTS oder MRT. Einigermaßen ruhig, nettes Personal, ordentliches Frühstücksbuffet.
