On prince street and close to many orietal restaurants and shops. I like the area. Hotel workers can make it better by being more helpful. But, it is fine, since they are not intruding neither. I would stay there again.

Affordable Quality Stay nearby LGA. 7 Train in walking distance.

Overall good experience and was close to a subway stop which was very convenient. Building was undergoing renovations, so cannot fault them for the mess in the lobby. But they do need to be aware of the smell and fumes that some of those renovation activities were causing.

The hotel is a small stand alone new building next to everything in Flushing. Everything is brand new, from escalator, beds, decoration in room, to drapes, towels, everything. But rooms are not very big, It's more like an apartment unit rather than a hotel with only 4 or 5 rooms on one floor. Quiet and easy. The only comment is the operator service […] is "not there" at all. No matter you call the Room Service, or Operator or Reception Desk there is only ring and ring and ring, then hang up. The hotel's elevator was not working when I arrived and it was near 100 degree's and I had to walk about 140 stairs to my room and they did not offer to help carry my luggage or give me a discount for the night. However, they did fix the elevator the next day. The bad part was you can hear the hall doors slam from the stairwell and it was so loud it […] sounded like gun shots, and I heard it all throughout the night. The rooms were relatively clean but small and had to ask for them to bring me an iron in the morning which caused me to be a little late. Front desk staff, especially girl agent AM extremely Helpful and pleasant. This hotel near location For nbr 7 train and LIR also. Take Q65 for Flushing hospital and many good Asian restaurants In this area. I would use this hotel again if staying In his area.

Excellent location for getting onto the NY subway. Maybe hard to find hotel (3 blocks away from subway) without a map.

Luxurious room. Parking not available on premises, but across street in private valet lot. Seedy neigborhood Easy walk to Citi Field

Having never been to to New York, we were excited to explore and see the sights. But this hotel was not very condusive to that. The front desk folks were not very helpfull at all. You had to use your room key for electricity in your room. Which meant we came back to a cold room (it was snowing, hailing and raining outside) plus we couldn't keep our […] food and beverages chilled in the room refrigerator. We were told not to leave the extra key in the room with the electricity running. Breakfast was okay, but the room it was served in was very cold and noone was around to answer questions about where to get milk for the cereal, etc. It as just a large room with a few metal tables and chairs. No decor, nothing. The bathroom off the breakfast room had no soap or paper towels or anything to dry your hands. While waiting to be picked up, we asked for tissue and had to go to the 2nd floor to find some toilet paper in a bathroom off where they serve food. We've stayed in cheaper hotels that had more amentities and cheery rooms and folks that worked there that had pride and were happy to help. These folks were none of that. the room is clean, the internet is slow, no parking for car, the front desk service is so-so. Most of the guests of this hotel are Asians because the location is very close to Flushing, Queens. A good deal for the money

Where do I start? the rude, unfriendly and uncooperative front desk? or the fact that they have no parking though they claim to have parking or the fact that the neighborhood is horrible? overall, while the rooms are ok, the hotel is pretty crappy. HOTEL NOVO NO FLUSHING, QUE É CARENTE DE HOTEIS. PARA QUEM CONHECE O FLUSHING TEM TUDO PERTO ( RESTAURANTES, MERCADO E ETC.) E PROXIMO DO FINAL DO METRO LINHA 7 PARA MANHATTAN, PROXIMO AOS DOIS AEROPORTOS, JFK, E LA GUARDIA. NÃO TEM ESTACIONAMENTO, MAS PODE ESTACIONAR EM FRENTE(PARTICULAR)

nice clean hotel. 3 bloks walk from Subway station. good value for money since it is New York! it takes 20- 30 minutes to get to Penn station though, but was on 15 minutes from Laguardia airport, taxi only 13 dollars. Breakfast was included and better than expected!
