To far away from center, the Breakfast was all the time the same, not many variaty of food, the coffe maschine was only one for many people, to expensive due to holyday in compare to other hotels near the center, the room is not what you see on the photos from Internet and are too small, we needed to change the room once since it was used... The counter staff were on the whole short and unhelpful, any request seemed to be too difficult even for bath towels. very poor advertisement for this hotel and obviously Italy tourism.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel, friendly staff, very good breakfast. They also have shuttle service every 30 mins connecting nearest metro so you can reach central in about 45 mins max. However in the event of metro strike, it was almost impossible to reach hotel. I have stayed in alot of hotels and this by far has been the worst. completely ruined my honeymoon to Rome. The hotel is far from everything, a shuttle takes you to a metro station and the trains are the worst Ive seen!! Nice and new hotel, good room/new appliance, nice assistance at front desk (missing adapter plugs for power/no currancy exchange). Our experience with this hotel was about 3. We had problems with the restaurant, they had a new system and they didn't know how to use, i spent more than 2 hours to get food. Internet is only available in the lobby and I […] had no addapter for my computer, after one hour I coulnd't use internet because they didn't have any spare adapter or computer for visitors. The hotel is not really far from Roma downtown, but the traffic is so bad that I wouldn't recommend to stay more than 2 kw far if you are in vacation, too much time in the taxi or bus to get to the city. This hotel was not only a forever distance from the main attractions but in a questionable neighborhood - what we Americans would call the hood or slums. However, it appeared that the majority of Rome looked exactly the same with the exception of the Vatican and Colosseum areas... so maybe a bye on that note. The front desk staff were not as friendly […] as one would expect from service personnel ... with the exception on one male that wore glasses and spoke fluent English ... sorry can not recall his name. He was the main positive at the property!! The hotel itself is quite modern -- actually it looked and felt brand new -- but a few items could use some attention. I read other reviews prior to selecting this property and the majority of the comments centered on the shower not being enclosed so water got all over the place... well I am happy to report that it has been corrected -- at least in select rooms. However, the water temp is still an issue as it was not hot enough and the pressure was inconsistent. This property is located directly across the street from one of Rome's major grocery stores which was a huge bonus because their restaurant menu left quite a bit to be desired. Great Hotel for the price. Free shuttle to Metro Station during morning and evening. Otherwise bus stop is a bit of a walk. Good service. Lots of English channels available on TV.

nonostante l'albergo sia nuovo, in camera non andava l'aria condizionata, a gennaio di notte avevamo 25° in camera! da morire! per il resto tutto ok, specialmente la colazione molto abbondante!

un bel hotel! un bel design! comodo, bello e soprattutto pulito. Persona molto accogliente e disponibile.. prezzi accessibili, Stanze comode e silenziose... hotel nuovo in posizione scomodissima, camere piccole e poco pulite muri e moquettes sporchi. il bagno era accettabile, ma poco efficente la pulizia. si potrebbe pretendere di più da un 4 stellle........................vero.............

Ein derart schönes und sauberes Hotel in Italien zu finden ist ohnedies schon schwer. Ein solches aber in Rom zu finden hat mich freudig überrascht. Der Preis für diese Kategorie ist einfach unglaublich!

Das hotel ist gut für den Preis aber es liegt halt sehr abseits supermarkt liegt gegenüber

Cerca de el centro y todos los puntos turisticos de Roma pero lejos de los precios altisimos de otros hoteles cerca de los Spanish steps. !!!! Buen desayuno incluido y muy buena atencion del personal. Vuelvo a estar ahi en mi propia visita, ademas tiene muy buen estacionamiento sin tener que pagar extra.

Bra hotell om man har bil och inte vill åka inne i roms stadskärna, nytt och fräscht hotell med god frukost och en jättebra shuttlebuss till en närliggande tunnelbannestation som gick till b.la. colloseum.

se si ha un mezzo proprio è davvero consigliabile

A szálloda a város keleti részén helyezkedik el, a repülőtértől transferrel kb. fél órányira. A környék nem túl jó, de a szálloda berendezése , a szobák kényelme, a bőséges reggeli, az udvarias kiszolgálás megérte hogy ezt választottuk.A szállodai buszt ( szálloda ingyenes szolgáltatása lenne) legközlebbi metró és a szálloda között félóránként közlekedik, […] viszont soha nem tudtuk igénybe venni, mivel kicsi és az igény sokkal nagyobb rá. Een heel fijn hotel met als enige nadeel dat het in een akelige buurt staat, 's avond loop je daar niet met een fijn gevoel rond. Weinig leuke restaurantjes in de omgeving dus je bent aangewezen op het restaurant in het hotel wat wel heel erg goed is, alleen jammer dat er maar 1 ober is die Engels spreekt. 'htel è perfetto non ha nulla che non vada se non il fatto di essere come ci ha detto un tassista romano "in culo al mondo". Offrono un servizio navetta da e per la metro più vicina che è almeno a 5 km di distanza. Purtroppo però se gli orari non coincidono con la navetta è davvero un grosso problema. I can't think of anything negative about this hotel. It is probably the best hotel I've experienced, however my empiricism may be dubious. I liked the fact that the hotel is a bit away from the city centre, There is a nice pizzeria just down the road and a supermarket across the road. The shuttle service is excellent, and brings you to the metro station. […] Just be wary when you get a taxi from the airport - our driver didn't know where the hotel was so there was some confusion. Also the €40 price stop is only for taxi rides within the city centre so won't apply here. Alas, I digress. All in all this is a great hotel for the price and I wouldn't hesitate to live there again.
