The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay...enough to satisfy you before heading out. Would stay here again.

"The first Room"
The first room we were given had a bad smell but we were moved to another room which was very nice and comfortabe. We were very happy.

Courteous staff and attractive decor. Room comfortable and clean. Free breakfast was tasty and varied, although limited - however, it is free. Access is a bit confusing but very convenient to I-95.
"St Augustine near 95"
Fine new hotel. Well designed, great breakfast and service. A few miles from the old ST Augustine area, but nice access to I 95 and services.

"Lovely new HI Express just off I-95"
Our room couldn't have been nicer or more comfortable. There was a strange odor, perhaps a paper mill near by, or sewage. Could have been new construction, / pipes putting in, nearby ? ! This would not stop me from using the place again. Not right in the historic part of town, if you're looking for a place to park and walk to sites in Old City area, […] you may want to stay in town. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.The heated pool was just great and exercise room a big plus. The morning breakfast fine but they should have more fruit. I would stay there again.

Definitely recommend this hotel. Clean, friendly and the rooms were beautiful. The in-door pool was great and the buffet breakfast they offer can't be beat.
"Rude Staff and Could Have Been Cleaner"
We regularly travel from south Florida to the St Augustine area to visit with family. Our most recent trip was the Thursday through Sunday of Christmas. We checked into a room that was described as a king leisure with a separate sitting area. The room was actually a relatively small room with a king bed and one small easy chair with ottoman. The room […] was dusty and not up to the standards I expected. Friday we left our room around noon to visit with family. Upon returning we discovered that our room had not been cleaned and reset. We called the front desk to complain and were told that we had vacated our room too late for the housekeeping staff to clean it (noon???) and that they would bring us clean towels if required but nothing else could be done for us. The hotel's policy statement as printed on page one of the in-room guide is that the staff will do everything in its power to see that any and all complaints/issues are completely satisfied or they will refund the amount paid for that portion of the stay however nothing was ever mentioned regarding this policy or a refund. Our room was serviced the following day however the furniture was still dusty. This hotel was a great disappointment. With the great number of new hotels that have opened up in the immediate vicinity we will certainly never visit the Holiday Inn Express again! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

This is a small hotel located conveniently right off the highway. Our room and bathroom were large & spotless. The breakfast was fine and what you expect to get in this type of hotel.
"A little disappointed"
We chose this hotel even though it was a little far from where we were going to spend most of our time (historic St.Augustine) because it had such wonderful reviews and it had a great price. When we were there, the public computers were broken, which didn't matter to us so I moved on. Then there was a sign that the washing machine was out of order. […] I wanted to wash some kids clothes but figured it wasn't a huge deal so it wasn't worth being annoyed about. All my four year old wanted to do the whole time we were there was swim and asked to go everyday. When we finally went, the pool heater was broken and the water was ice cold. This is where we started to be disappointed with Holiday Inn Express. I know things happen, but it didn't leave a great impression to have so many problems. The breakfast was good and the female that worked there was great. The female who checked us out was not friendly to me or the other employee there. I don't feel like I would stay there again given the choice, which is unfortunate. The hotel is close to the interstate, but is very quiet. It is easy to get into the historic district.

we went out in the morning and left the sign for the room to be cleaned but when we got backed that afternoon room still was not cleaned and had to go downstairs with family while room was being cleaned

The Holiday inn Express in St. Augustine was just what we were expecting. Clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast at a fair price.

The hotel is great. Great breakfast, great rooms, great location. EXCEPT, the main reason we chose this hotel was for their indoor pool. However, their indoor pool is not heated. What's the sense of having an indoor pool if it's unheated. What's going to heat it? Certainly not the sun! Maybe the fluorescent lights? While it's true we're in Florida, […] the St. Augustine location does get cool in the fall, and the water colder. To create an indoor pool and advertise such without heating it is really stupid! "Great stay!"
We totally enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was comfortable clean, parking lot was well lit, and street noise level was non exsistent even though we were close to a very busy street. Our compliments to the staff for a job well done.

My husband and I stayed here during our Florida vacation. We thought that the hotel was VERY well maintained and clean. We were very happy with our stay.

it was a very pleasant stay. I would be back again. we have stayed at other hotels in the area but we like holiday Inn Express the best. the breakfast buffet was very good and kept very clean.

"In close proximity to Outlets!"
This Holiday Inn was about a year old. The decor was stunning! Would highly recommend this hotel to others. There was one complaint however, not with the hotel itself, but the night desk clerk. Apparently my girlfriends and I were laughing a little too loud in the wee hours of the morning. We were startled by bamming on the door by the clerk. We felt […] another way to approach this would have been a simple phone call. Instead we were talked to in a not so pleasant way and then threatened to have the local sheriff called. "ac not working as it should be...."
we have no complaints w/the staff. cleanliness of the room is great. location is not too far from the main attractions. breakfast was superb. it's the ac that is not working properly...the thermostat indicates it was 65 but it's not even close to it. at home we have ours at 74 and we are already freezing. they transferred/upgraded us to another room […] but it was still the same...ac is very impt specially during the summer....we hope you'll look into this matter... อ่านเพิ่มเติม

"Romantic get away"
We will stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel...especially if you don't mind driving into the historic district or to the beach. We did not mind the drive at all. Close to outlets. The pool was nice and the service was great. This would be a good stay for family as well. They have a nice indoor pool.
The hotel was conveniently located. Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was extra nice. Coffee very good. Service couldn't have been better. Staff was friendly. Computer stations conveniently located. Very nice stay.
