This beautiful limestone townhouse is located across the street from Prospect Park, within walking distance to the lake, skating rink, The Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, The Brooklyn Zoo, The Brooklyn Museum, and Grand Army Plaza. Convenietly located within 3 minutes walking distance to the Prospect Park subway station 4 stops to Manhattan or 15 minutes , at which stops the Q, B, and S shuttle to the A train to Kennedy Airport . Accomodations include a private floor with a king, and or double bedroom, with private bath and private kitchen, with amenities for breakfast. Wifi and television is included. There is also one smaller bedroom full size on the third floor with a shared bath. Check-in is at 1 00 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions. As a bed and breakfast property, the Front Desk hours will vary guests should contact the property to find out more information. If you really want to get a sense of an authentic New York City neighborhood, Parkside Bed and Breakfast is the place. Its in a lovely brownstone and you feel like you are staying in someone's home (you are)!. Pluses: Really comfy bed, nice owner, great neighborhood, close to public transportation, excellent food nearby, across the street from Prospect […] park. Upon arrival, I asked the expected time for breakfast. I was told they did not make breakfast. Also, was offered to use the kitchen to make it myself. So, its a Bed and Make Your Own Breakfast.

"Parkside B&B-beside beautiful Prospect Park"

My daughter and I were thrilled with the location, convenient to the Metro and across the street from Prospect Park. Our B&B host was wonderful, we felt we were at home away from home. The interior of the home was artfully and tastefully decorated and the woodwork was breath taking. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.
