Very enjoyable. Convenient location. Front office very helpful.

Was looking for something moderately priced, close to Pigeon Forge. Called on the spur of the moment and they fit me in, nice people at the front desk. I would suggest they have a way to do a key drop if you are leaving early since they are not equipped with the key cards. I would stay again if in the area. These rooms definitely need updating- old , carpet worn and dirty- no hair dryer in room. Paid too much for this room on Labor Day weekend. Would not reccomend or stay there again.

it was a good say for the money that we paid. The ir hous behind the hotel was really loud and it was a older hotel

This hotel is right in the middle of the strip and very close to all te shops. It was worth the price of the hotel and for just a couple of nights. There was a crack in the wall beside the air conditioner that you could actually see through. also a spce between the door and wall that you could see through, air conditioner did not seem to be cooling the room, i did not stay, moved out the same evening and found another motel.

Elevator looked liked its never been cleaned. We turned on the ac and left while our room cooled we got back someone had turned it off. Our door had a crack in it about 1quarter wide. Our sheets had a cigarette burn in it.I was told it had a swimming pool when I booked the room it didn't. Breakfast was a honey bun & coffee. It never came. I'll never […] stay their again. The hotel was musty and very run down we had to use Lysol to be able to stay in the room!!!! It was in terrible need of maintenance and updating also I want use Hotels.com next time the people who walked in got a lower rate then we did just walking in off the street!!! Would'nt stay here again!!

Besides the very noisy air conditioner in the room, I found it to be a great room for the price I paid. Just be carefull.., the booking price is good but there are additional charges for 800 number, local calls and ice.

The hotel was adequate for my needs. I simply wanted a place to sleep overnight after attending an event.

The room was in "clean" condition i guess. It was cozy and very nice. On our bed sheets there were unidentified stains and big holes in the top blanket. You had to pay for ice on bottom floor but second floor was free. For breakfast you got stale honey buns and your choice of coffee or orange juice. I cannot say i would stay here again.
