Grande Shores Ocean Resorts Condominiums - ไมร์เทิลบีช

The condo was clean and the furnishings were adequate. It was hard to get to the edge of the mattress, maybe it's time for new ones. This is an older hotel really showing its age in the public areas. No luxury here, just basic comfort which is to be expected for the very reasonable price.

A weird layout of kitchen area in hall facing bathroom. No counter top space in kitchen area. . Linens need upgrade. Noisy with room next door coming in at 3 am two nights in a row and door banging. But close to beach, was clean, and nice view. A good deal for price but think I would not chose this again.

Our stay was great. My only complaints would be that the room we were in had an outdoor corridor and elevator so it was cold when going to and from the room and waiting for the elevator. The bed was also on the outside wall with the maids storage room right outside and I thought it could've been set up with the bedroom on the side of the room where […] the balcony is and the mattress was hard. We stayed in the Penthouse Room 35. Great room. SammyB took care of us when checking in he was very profestional, funny and a lot of help taking care of us. We will surely return. Thanks Sammyb.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size and condition of the room. It was in close proximity to the beach and we had a decent ocean view. The hallways had a not so pleasant odor and storing garbage on the way to the 7th floor pool should be corrected. Overall a great place to stay.

This hotel is old, which is ok if well maintained and clean, however unfortunately this wasn't. The common areas and facilities were filthy and poorly maintained eg lifts. Our room was ok, thankfully cleaner than the remainder of the 'resort'. The worst aspect though was the service- which was the worst I've ever experienced. Decision to stay here made on basis of reviews and hotel rating which did not match accomodations which we experienced. Room description said washer and dryer in every unit which was not case. Bedding described as luxorious and comfortable. Bed was not comfortable and pillow was like filled with rocks. In addition was not aware that this was Black bikers […] week and had problem with parking at facility secondary to preference given to Bikers trailers parked in garage. I enjoyed the maid service this place had, even though we didn't have alot of dishes to wash ,but the people were really nice. It was very comformableand quite at this time of year. I would come back to the Grand Shore on my return next Spring.

OMG. We stayed over Spring Break 2012. The 3 bedroom condo was Wonderful and EXCEEDED my expectations. Will stay every time we visit MB.

I have been using this hotel for about 8 years and have notice a decline in the condition, service and general appearance of this place over the last two years. Not sure if I will continue to use it in the future.

Hotel is actually a condo. It was very clean. We liked the location. The exercise room was small. The restuarant was very small without many choices of entrees.

I really enjoyed the stay. Over all, it was a great room. Me and my friends only stayed one night. The staff was friendly. Only complaint would be that maybe some updates are needed in decorations, couch, bedding, etc.

Grande Shores was undergoing renovations so total experience could have been better. However, we were directly on the beach, close to restaurants, mall, and golf so all was good. Staff was very accomodating, offered suggestions, and provided any assistance with questions, requests, or concerns. Room was acceptable and was clean.
