The pictures on the website are very deceiving. It is not as nice as depicted. The property manager was nice, but nowhere to be found when we arrived. A friend, or employee had to shout for her. My wife and I arrived at the hotel at approx 1430hrs and we were told the room was not ready, yet there did not seem to be any other guests staying at the time, we were eventually shown to our room which was the attic, I am over 6ft tall and you can imagine the ducking I was doing to avoid hitting my head on the ceiling, the cupboard space was ridiculous […] there was hardly enough room for one persons clothes etc. We were not asked to fill in any forms etc when we arrived as you do in any other hotel. We were told the reason that we were put in this particular room was to avoid the noise from down below (which to me was a load of nonsense because the only other people to arrive after us on the Thur was c Chinese family the mother and father had the room next to ours while the children had a room downstairs) Thhere was only one person working in the hotel and she did everything clean the room and make the breakfast etc talk about penny pinching this was ridiculous, she said she got one day off a week. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Just recently stayed at the Abbey Lodge in Galway. Galway is an amazing city! The Abbey Lodge was a little further from the city centre area than I expected.
