Bad front desk staff with poor english speaking make miscommunication. Swimming pool and gym room need to do maintenance.

Stayed there 10 March to 13 March 2012 for a business trip. This serviced apartment is well maintained: room in very good condition and clean, swimming pool located on the roof and very nice, a gym beside the pool with city view. Nice facilities! The cons is its location: situated in a quiet local neighbourhood, not close to any attractions, 15-20 min. […] walking to the neary-by sky train. Hotel provides free Tuk tuk to deliver to sky train station, but returning may be a problem unless you call them in advance. This hotel is stunning!! The rooms are immaculate and very comfortable and modern. The pool is lovely too and stays open til late so that's always nice! The only negative I have is it's location. It's in the business district so lots of sky rise buildings and busy main roads. There is not alot around in terms of shops, markets and the skytrain is s […] walk away!! Quiet, relaxing, great pool and gym, nice rooms, nice service

In overall, it's kinda ok. But I won't go back to stay.

Awesome little hotel at the perfect price, only drawback is the distance from the bts skytrain but the hotel has a tuk tuk and will take guests to the skytrain for free during the day. Great couples hotel, I've been there twice and will stay again soon.

Good place to stay if you want somewhere cheap and not worried about a central location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel itself was spotless, had Wi-Fi, swimming pool, gym, restaurant. The staff even gave you a card in Thai so that you could show to taxi or tuk tuk driver so that you were taken back to hotel with no problems due to language. […] Downside the location was off a very busy main road which sometimes took over a hour to get to for a taxi ride which should take 5-10 minutes in a normal city. 位置有点偏，距离轻轨站步行十五分钟。但是位置很安静，服务挺好。住的一房一厅的房间，很宽敞。喜欢屋顶的泳池和健身房。泳池20米长，属于比较大的，健身房景观很好。是到曼谷的不错选择，值得推荐

El hotel muy bueno, super serviciales. No esta tan cerca del metro pero uno en taxi se puede mobilizar, siempre pedirle al taxista que utilice el taximetro.

Stayed in several budget hotels in Bangkok. This one was the best of them all, good location, nice rooms, nice roof-top pool, good location and great staff!

the room is comfortable. The location is a bit far to shopping mall and BTS station but it's acceptable.
