At checkin we waited around 20 minutes for our room to be ready. However, when we arrived at our room, we were not happy that our view was the wall of the next hotel and requested we be changed to a pool view room. The staff were polite and spoke good English. Bed was very firm, and would have been nice to have fluffier pillows, but in all, it was clean. The hotel has a lovely pool, breakfast is very good, with a nice selection of food. Dinner banquets here are really good, the food is exceptional and the price is very reasonable. The gym smelt like urine, so we did not use it. This hotel is very popular with young singles who bring girls back to their room, so if you don't mind alot of noise at 3am, then you will be fine. The hotel was situated away from walking street which was good. 7Eleven on the corner and a minimart in the same street. Lots of eating places around, and short walk to bars. All is prefect , specially the BBQ buffet at night it is very cheap compare with walking street seafood restaurant . Hotel location is a bit far to walking street but u can rent motorbike at in nearest convienie shop is only 200 thaibaht perday , and I fully recommend if u want to go clubbing with nice show/liveband Hollywood is a good choice .

It is quite near to seashore and walking distance from various malls. You can also take a taxi for THB 10 to Walking street.

full of ants and staff was not courteous instead arrogant. Spoiled the vacation just by troubling on small issues like small dot stain on linen , hence we will charge 1500 bhat. towel has stain hence we will charge 500 bhat and so on.... In nut shell they try to fool the tourist and try to grab the money as much as possible. Surprisingly even when I […] removed the stain the staff deliberately put in another stain and blaming me . It was a horrifying experience . I don't recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy their vacation. This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel, the hotel environment & conditions still clean & tidy. Although no elegent design , but make me feel modern & stylish and simple is good. Hotel location was good. Breakfast was good and different daily. Comfortable but there was ants in my room near the bed was not cleaned properly after guest left. Staffs were friendly.

Breakfast - Splendid spread of various dishes. Some dishes were changed on daily basis. Fresh fruits, pastries, lotsa meat etc etc....loved the breakfast. Location of hotel is 5 mins walk from Pattaya beach and 7 mins walk to a major shopping Mall (Big C). I usually stay at another hotel and this one was a nice change. It isn't right on the beach but it is up a Soi that is quiet and peaceful, a nice break from the Pattaya craziness. THE LOCATION IS NEAR THE BEACH. THE SURROUNDING IS QUIETER AND CLEANER THAN DOWNTOWN. HOWEVER, IT IS STILL CONVENIENT TO ANYTHING YOU MIGHT WISH. THE BREAKFAST IS GOOD. ROOM IS BIG, CLEAN AND FASIONABLE DESIGN. THE AIR-CON IS STRONG. THERE MIGHT BE A SHORTAGE. THE HOT WATER FOR SHOWER IS NOT WARM ENOUGH. I FELT COLD, WHEN I TOOK THE SHOWER.

Generelt er her alt, hvad man har behov for, ellers kan man finde det udenfor hotellet taet paa. Prisen er incl. morgenmad, som er god. Meget venlig personale.

員工服務好.地點算方便出去找尋餐廳很近。早餐不過不失,整體尚算滿意,游泳池比較失望因太細另房間wifi接收時好時差有代改善。

I stayed here for 1st and 3rd night during the trip. The air-con for 1st night room was out of ordered made me uncomfortable. The water power for shower were not good in both night. It is very close to BTS with a 7-11 nearby, just a few stations to Siam.

快適便利で言う事無しですが、お風呂の排水が出来ないのが気になりました。また、パタヤに行く機会が有れば、必ず宿泊したいです。 今回の旅行は４泊５日でこのホテルは、エクスペディアを通し３泊しました。後の１泊は、友達の予約でバンコクで宿泊の予定でしたが、なんと！ホテルが満室！！ エクスペディアに電話してホテルを予約することが出来ましたが、ＰＣも持ってないので、今泊まっているホテルに予約確認書と地図をファックス送信を依頼するが、何度フロントに確認しても届いていない。催促して送って貰いましたが、そんなこんなでホテル代より高い電話代になってしまいた。 日本に帰り、エクスペディアに事情を話し、国際電話代補助出来ないかと確認するが、要するに頼んだお客様が悪いと言う事でした。 海外でエクスペディアを通してホテ […] ルを予約するのは高上り止めた方がいいと言う事かな～ 海外でのホテル予約などは、やっぱり支店が有る大手旅行会社が良い見たいですね～ อ่านเพิ่มเติม

酒店位置方便，我住的是兩房一廳的3人房間，特色是喜歡在房間熱鬧聊天，坐在客廳沙發上會有家居的感覺，整體舒服乾淨，只是裝潢有些破損了，早餐不錯，唯一是游泳池太小，接近門口，沒有意欲去用。

チェックインの際、ビーチに近いこともあり、チェアーのレンタル券、ウェルカムドリンクをいただきました。　部屋もリクエストどうりキングサイズベッドでした。朝食もスタンダードなアメリカンブレイクファーストにタイのチャーハンやパッタイが彩られていて、美味しかったです。 残念なのは、プールが改装中で利用できなかったこととソイ４通りが、海方向のワンウェイでまったくタクシー、ソンテウが拾えず、チェックアウト後にホテルタクシーならあるからと手配したら200バーツとられてしまったことです。

サウスパタヤやＷＳに出るにはちょっと不便な位置。ビーチロードからは少し歩く。ホテルは近隣のホテルに比べ綺麗で、中東の利用客が多い。 Wifiは３Ｆ以降の客室には全く入らない。ロビーでは快適利用可。OpenＰＣ一台あり。 部屋は広く、おしゃれなつくりだが、小さな虫が気になった。ホテル全体の構造もゆったりとして、おしゃれで良い。ただ、隣のコンドミニアムは対面し、見える。 歯ブラシや髭剃りはない。 毎晩ＢＢＱBuffetや、土曜の夜にはSeafoodBBQBuffet約600Bが食べ放題であるも、あまり利用客は多くないようだ。 Check-in Timeは14時。Check-in時にパタヤビーチSoi4付近のパラソル利用クーポン（14時以前にCheckinした場合、それを使って待ってろと言われる） […] と、WelcomeDrink（ソフトドリンク）と、夕食時にも使えるBarの1dクーポンをもらえる。 朝食は種類や品数もまあまあ多い。フルーツに虫がたかっていて食べる気が起らなかった。 อ่านเพิ่มเติม

l'hotel è molto carino, e le stanze hanno veramente tutto quello che serve per sentirsi al massimo. l'unico problema è che è un hotel molto frequentato da arabi e indiani che sono piuttosto rumorosi in piscina e nelle stanze. le migliori stanze sono quelle che danno sulla piscina, faevi cambiare la stanza eventualmente.

2部屋予約していて、1部屋は14時にチェックインできたが、もう一部屋は15時になると言われ、15時に部屋に行ったがまだ準備できていなかった。結局16時にようやく部屋に入れた。部屋は値段の割には綺麗で近隣の環境も悪くなかったが、深夜に隣の部屋がパーティを始めて大声で騒ぎ、音楽もかけているので、フロントにクレームしたが、注意をした気配もなし。隣の部屋に問題がなければもっと評価できるホテルです。
