I hate to give away the secret of this place but the staff was so good that I need to reward them for their service. This is not a 5 star resort but for the price it is the best value in Vegas. The best of this hotel is its reception desk staff. The ladies are very professional, helpful and customer-oriented. One of them, Celeste, went beyond her job duties when I needed some help with documents. Another receptionist took care of me when I found my car had a flat tire. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. It says suites, It was below slum bath tub had big chips in it and painted over. They had security guards and the police even came for some reason. We slet for bout 4 hours and left.

dissapointed. TV remote had to be replaced. A/C way too loud, toilet running 24/7 was very annoying. No lights in bathroom and sink area for 2 of the 3 days there. I stayed in Siegel for three nights, and later booked it again for a short overnight stay. Cons: shady neighborhood, old (but working) facilities. Very dirty carpet (swept, but never washed). They advertised microwave and coffee-maker, but there were none in the room (they probably would provide them if asked to, but I traveled with my own electric […] kettle, so I never bothered). Pros: really cheap and, unlike many other low-cost hotels in Vegas, with no additional fees and surcharges. Clean towels and bedsheets. Large room and free fast wi-fi. Despite the neighborhood, it is calm and quiet at night. Very friendly and polite staff. Large Walmart is just across the road. The hotel is about 7 miles from the Strip, which is not necessary a bad thing. We were given a room that had not been cleaned. So we asked for a maid or a different room. We got a different room. The Air Conditioning in the new room didn't work. The hotel was filthy and the long term residents made the stay very uncomfortable. I did not feel safe. The staff did their best. The hotel need to be leveled and rebuilt.

This place was out of the way - about 20 min from the strip. It was really not worth the price I paid...but it was the least expensive option at the time. I just needed a place to rest for the night as I passed through. On the plus side, it was quiet and the ac worked fine.
