"Hotel Paracas- Best in the area"
The hotel is not the easiest to get to. From Lima, there are only 2 tourist bus lines that are direct to Paracas; Cruz del Sur and Oltursa. But both of these lines have limited schedules, so we had to take the local bus line, Soyuz (aka Peru Bus). It wasn't the most comfortable 4 hour bus ride, but it got us there. This hotel was very clean and beautifully […] maintained. However, the city has limited activities. I can't imagine staying for more than 4-5 days. The hotel offers a tour operator for the main attractions of the Ballestas Islands and Nazca Lines, but it is much more expensive than the tour operators in the neighboring town of El Choco, which is within walking distance. El Choco is a very small town without much in it. There is a very small market and the merchandise was not high quality. The poolside service leaves quite a bit to be desired. No one walks by to offer menus or drinks. We had to wave them down from inside the lounge. That was disappointing when you are trying to relax. "Good but too expensive regarding peruvian prices"
Nice hotel, but not to go swiming at the beach. The pool is nice but very small for the hotel size. Suites very nice, and elegant. However, the prices are like in New York, Nice or other European Hotels. The food is good and breakfast is free!

Truly a luxurious experience! The rooms had amazingly comfy beds and a great front porch where we could see the sunset. Great spot to rest and enjoy the pools on a road trip to southern peru!

En general muy agradable la estadía. La atención muy buena, así como sus instalaciones. Sin embargo, opino que podrían mejorar las comidas, no está al nivel de la categoría del hotel. Ofrecen sólo buffetts en el comedor principal, no tienen opción de platos a la carta.

Excelente hotel. Muy buena atención. Muy confortable. Desayunos y comidas muy bien elaboradas. Es un hotel de 5 estrellas y hay que adaptarse a los precios vigentes, pero no es imposible. Pasamos unos días muy tranquilos, comodos y bien atendidos. gracias.

Saludos para todo el personal del Hotel Paracas. Las Fiestas Patrias del Perú me las pasé en su hotel y fueron cuatro días inolvidables. Estuve en Perú, en el 2007, y me cogió llegando a Ica el fatal terremoto. Soy periodista y tuve que ir a Pisco, y aquello fue horroroso. Me quedé con las ganas de estar en Paracas y cuatro años después he podido cumplir […] mi sueño. Es un hotel de categoria internacional, uno de los mejores en los que estado aca en Perú, su personal altamente calificado nos atendieron de la mejor manera a todos nuestros requerimientos, las instalaciones son muy amplias y muy comodas, en realidad no hay necesidad de salir del hotel para poder divertirse, salvo cuando tienes que hacer los tours a […] los atractivos turisticos de la Zona (islas Ballestas por ejemplo).
