Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Syracuse North - Cicero - ซิเซโร

This HIE is in a relatively easy to get to area but is a bit off the beaten path. It is in Cicero north of Syracuse but within easy driving distance to major attractions. It is in a quiet location and despite being right next to the highway you really couldn't hear the traffic. The staff was very friendly and helpful (especially Greg at the front desk). […] The room was clean but had several non-functioning items 1) bathroom vent inoperable, 2) bathroom door lock didn't work, 3) bathtub drained VERY slowly, 4) outlet in main room didn't work (didn't find that out until next morning and my phone wasn't charged), 5) ice machine on 4th floor didn't work the entire time of our stay. The hotel looked brand new so these issues are somewhat surprising to me. The breakfast was the typcial HIE breakfast but it wasn't stocked as full as most HIE locations. I think the occupancy rate was low during our stay and they just weren't making as much food as a location with full occupancy would. Was a good hotel right off Interstate 81 the only poor thing was there aren't many resturants options that are close by. Very Clean

Room was immaculate and comfortable. Excellent shower pressure. All around GREAT stay!!

Took our family here on a mini vacation and we had a great time. Kids enjoyed the pool, the staff and service was spectacular. Breakfast was beyond any free hotel breakfast I've ever had and great server to boot. The lady working in the buffet area was amazing with the kids and made breakfast fun and enjoyable. At the last minute I decided to spend the night due to picking my daughter up at the airport at midnight. The hotel is fairly new so the rooms are clean and up to date. There is ample room and very easy to acess off from Intertate 81.

Clean, friendly hotel. Very new and it shows. The ONLY negative was the noise level coming from the parking lot in the middle of the night.

The hotel was difficult to find. They have a specific "gps" address that is not listed online, and the driveway is not well lit on the way in. The hotel itself was wonderful. Very comfortable bed, well kept, clean room. Very impressed.

Was nice and clean. Breakfast was ok I have had alot better.

I really liked the Holiday Inn Express in Cicero. I plan on using it whenever I visit Syracuse. I felt the room was ultra clean and comfortable. Wonderful beds and pillows, so we all got a great night's sleep. Pool was refreshing and clean and staff at front desk and breakfast room were VERY nice and helpful, especially Fanny.

would definetly stay here again. everyone was friendly and helpful. enjoy morning breakfast with the lady that worked there.sorry i didnt remember her name.

How can you go wrong with a cracker barrel in the same parking lot. A+ All around

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for 2 nights with a late checkout the day of our departure. The staff was very friendly & the hotel was clean as well as conveniently located. My only complaint was that we could hear footsteps of other guests to well. Whether in other rooms or in the hallway. Overall great stay. Our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable. The only thing the room lacked was a refrigerator.

The hotel is 1 1/2 years old and still well maintained. The decor was above average. The room needed a good cleaning on the floors. Our room was never vacumed, and the bathroom floor needed a good cleaning in the corners. But overall the hotel is very nice and in a quiet area. Unless your GPS is updated it wont find the hotel. Then hotel was visible from the interstate but hard to locate in the dark as there was not any signs directing you to the hotel.

Very clean hotel and rooms. Easy access to RT81. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and called our room to make sure everything was alright. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again when in the Syracuse area.

Overall, the hotel was very good. The only bad point was two of the front desk clerks. We had a third person joining us for the last two days of a four day stay. The morning of their arrival, we requested a roll-away from the front desk. The clerk there said that they were all available, and would just wait for someone to cover the desk so that he could […] deliver it to our room. FIVE HOURS LATER... still no roll-away. We, again, visited the front desk, where the same gentleman gave us a lot of excuses that never really added up before assuring us that he'd make sure that it was done while we were out (he even wrote a note in front of us). When we returned later night, it still was not delivered. For the third time we visited the front desk.... There the lady that took over for the original gentleman gave us even MORE excuses. Never once did she apologize for the mix-up. As a former front desk employee of a Holiday Inn Express, I got offended by that. When I mentioned it to her... still no apology. She even was a little condescending to me. Overall the stay was good. Great breakfast, clean hotel, very new! No hot tub, but that's alright. We where there for a shopping weekend and it's the perfect location to stay 15 mins from Syracuse and 15 mins from Clay. The beds where comfy they even have pillows marked with soft and firm for you preference. Room was clean only issues was that the coffee maker still had coffee with cream in it, it had not been cleaned after the last person. I wish […] the pool had been heated a little more and that they had a hot tub but overall we loved our stay. They where great and everyone seemed to fall in love with our 10 month old son. Brand new, very clean hotel in convenient location. Easy access to highway, airport, and shopping. Friendly, helpful staff. Delicious hot and cold complimentary breakfast. We'll be back!

Brand new hotel -very clean and nicely done. Booked this hotel when other hotels closer to the NY State Fairgrounds were full. It took less than 10 min by car to get to the fair from this hotel. The rooms were very nicely done and large w/fridge and microwave. Highly recommend this hotel!
