Hampton Inn Matamoras - Milford - Matamoras

The hotel is about 2 or 3 years old now, and it is still clean and shiny. The mattresses are comfortable, the comforters are still clean, overall great.

Horrible Place! Annoying Staff! Need to say more??? Stay here and you will be angry as well.

Annoying Staff members Except Overnight Staff! Kept calling my room after i displayed DO NOT DISTURB SIGN! I mean can't these people read???? Yes annoying General Manager.

High standard Hampton Inn hotel, very comfortable and clean, the staff was nice. Breakfast was good, beautiful and big eating area. The entrance road to the hotel is through a plaza, you can see the hotel from the highway, just be careful not to miss the entrance.

Hi We wanted to visit Bushkill Falls in PA and as per the reviews this was the best hotel in the nearby area. Though it was 25-30 miles away it was really a nice place and very good service.

great hotel . friendly staff. location close to town. not really boardering deleware river but close by. pool bottom looked brown. no hot tub like was told in bhotel brochure.

I have stayed here three times since it opened two years ago. It is mid way on my drive from New England to Pittsburgh and right off the highway. It is a lovely hotel with a huge common room downstairs where they serve breakfast but also coffee all day along with apples and cookies. The staff are very helpful with ideas on where to eat. You will have […] to drive to eat but there are some decent places in Milford and Port Jervis. There is also a movie theater nearby along with plenty of shopping. The rooms are a good size with great linens, towels, and a fridge and microwave. The bathrooms are big and have plenty of place to keep your stuff. clean, new and well maintained

Friendly staff, clean rooms and common areas. Nice hot and cold free breakfast buffett. Children friendly. Very happy with our stay.

This hotel wasterrific. Great location NY,NJ and PA all 5 minutes apart. Buy your gas in NJ it's the chepest at least 10 cents a gallon cheaper.

Fourth time staying here. Nicest hotel in the area, if you need to stay in the area. Hotel recently opened so everything in it is fresh and clean. I slept late and the housekeeping supervisor bounded on my door, which I thought was really rude. Normaly a phone call from reception is given in this situation.

Its a Hampton Inn - you get what you pay for

I stayed there during hurricane Irene. They were the only place in the valley with power (generator). Hampton is always good. I loved this place!

I would stay there again, no question. Good value.

I read the reviews before I booked this place and I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and the overall experience of my stay.

We enjoy going to do a lot of the attractions in the near by area near the Delaware Water Gap, however it was often difficult to find a decent hotel to stay in. The area is mostly surrounded by 2 star hotels and B&B's. While there are many reviews of nice B&B's, it is not our preference to stay in them. The Hampton Inn at Matamoras is a bit out of […] the way for what we wanted, but it was very nice and clean and the rooms were modern and nicely decorated. The lobby area also was very comfortable and again with modern updated furnishings with a large flat screen TV to watch during a late night or during breakfast. We also tried out the pool, while not large, it was quite nice and the temperature was just right. Saw some reviews that the pool was too cold, but there were vents that was pumping out warm water, which made the overall temperature of the water comfortable. this was a great place to stay if your child was at NJ Y Camp!

After spending a week in Boston, we were in need of a place to stay on our way back to Ohio. This hotel was amazing! The staff greeted us like we were the most important people in the hotel. Excellent hotel for the price. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Staff very pleasant and professional. Ample parking on site. A good hotel for anyone passing through (Just off the interstate). Not much else to do except go to bed. The only downside is the location and absence of bar facilities.

The hotel was great overall, but we had a problem when we checked in. They said that they only had one room reserved when I had reserved two through hotels.com and I had the confirmation email hard copy with me proving so. They said they had to charge the regular rate for the 2nd room. I called hotels.com and they called the hotel and gave them my two […] confirmation #'s. The hotel clerk apologized and said she hadn't seen those confirmation #'s. So that was very uncomfortable, caused some stress and made me have to do extra work. This hotel was wonderful. It was conveniently located and the staff was very helpful and also very friendly. Pool, rooms and entire hotel was very clean. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean, and so was our room. The shower stall was weird, and there was no tub. Breakfast ends at 10 AM, so don't expect breakfast if you sleep in!

We stayed at the Hampton Inn for one night and were impressed by the impecabale conditions of the hotel. Staff was friendly and professional, rooms clean, breakfast good. We would stay there again.

I was very impressed with the free breakfast at this hotel usually you get just bagels and coffee, but this hotel had eggs, make your own waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal and much more. I would stay there again.

We stayed here for 1 night after having a last minute change of plans Having booked at the last minute we were a bit nervous not knowing if everything would be arranged at such short notice. Our room was on the first floor which was easily reached using the lift. It was spacious and clean with a flat screen tv, fridge and internet. My husband and son used the pool and were happy with the standard of cleanliness. With a Perkins Restaurant virtually next door we didn't have to worry about dinner either. The complimentary breakfast was better than expected with a variety of cereals, fresh fruit, bread and rolls. Lots of coffee, tea and juice. Delicious. the hotel was excellent along with the staff how were personable, friendly and helpful. I truely enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel and would definately desire to stay again. There was a pool (too bad it wasn't heated) that I was able to use and did, and an excersize room that I also used with treadmills with tv and headphones available. […] There was internet access and a hot/cold breakfast offered. Hotel was very clean and modern. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. No complaints whatsoever with this hotel - will be staying there again. Easy access to highway. Staff is great.

I live locally and had to be out of the house for a few days. Stayed at the Best Western right next door and left to stay at the Hampton Inn. I would recommend the Hampton to friends visiting over the Best Western. Rooms are new, staff is nice and fitness room is modern and well equipped.

We arrived in the evening and check-in was easy. Went swimming with our 3 year old and the only complaint about the hotel was the pool room temp was cool as well as the pool itself, cooler then most indoor pools. Other then that, the hotel was very clean, very convenient off the highway, the breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. […] we were stopping midway on our way to lancaster, Pa and it was a great quick stop.
