SpringHill Suites by Marriott San Angelo - ซานแองเจโล

This was a wonderful hotel and I would recommend it to anyone. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The only downside was that the bathrooms have no locks and there is no bathtub, its just a shower. There is also a kind of noisy club across the street, but it didn't bug me at all. I was very nice and comfortable.

Great hotel setup, in the lobby, and the room was pleasant. had a a small bathroom, and a half. Which allowed us both to get ready. Room very new edge technology. Had an issue that we paid for room on hotels.com, and at checkin they charged us again. It took a couple calls to teh manager but they got it resolved.

Exceeded expectations. Great decor, sparkeling clean, nice lounge and fitness center. Highly recommend.

After a bad experience at this chain in Fresno, I'd thought I'd give Springhill a second chance. This hotel was impressive. The room was similar in layout, but the furniture was more comfortable. There were plenty of outlets to plug in various electronic devices to charge. Each bed has an adjustable mini reading light to read in bed. The shower and […] toilet were in separate rooms, and each had its own sink. Great for multiple guests in one room. The dresser was located in the closet which I liked. The lobby had plenty of seating, one section had these nice curtains surrounding it to give one section some privacy. Also there were plenty of outlets there to run/charge your devices. The breakfast bar had plenty of options(mostly carbohydrates) for both adults and kids. However it had the same bland microwave eggs that all these chains serve. There's no way to change that. But they did have hard boiled eggs as an option. The coffee was very good. I didn't get to try the pool or hottub, and I missed the cash bar they had Saturday night. This was an excellent hotel. The room was great. Very comfortable, clean, quiet. The hotel was full and yet you really didnt hear much noise and we were right by the elevators. They needed more help at check-in because it was full and they allowed a truck w/a trailer to take up 5 parking spaces. I fell in the shower and made a report to the front desk, the young lady had not clue what to do and said she would notify the manager when he can work around 9:00am she would have him call me. We today its been three days since our stay and i have not recieved a phone call what so ever. The shower and floors in the bath rooms are very slippery. there […] is nothng to grab onto to nor is there any thing to grip your feet on the floor of the shower. My feet came out from under me and I fell on my butt, my head hit the glass door and my hand / arm hit the wall tring to break my fall. Im a little brused and my head had a knot thank god not blood. We were very impressed with this hotel, very clean and staff is very personable, I would recomend this to anyone going to San Angelo.

Great hotel, rooms were lovely and spacious, will stay there again. My only complaint is that our room was never cleaned NOR were our beds made either day.

I have never seen a more attenive staff!! Our A/C went out (it was the hottest day in history) and the desk clerk came up and fixed it immediately. Herself!!!!! Clean cool and quiet. The beds are so comfy.

Hotel staff was very helpful & freindly. The manager on the other hand could use some tips on being courteous with guests.

More than the other local hotels/ motels... But worth the extra. Modern, spacious rooms. Nice lobby and wkout areas.

Great place with fun modern interior design. The only negative - the AC kept shutting off and it got real hot in the room at night..

I was very impressed with the overall look and feel of the room. I also found the property to be very well kept and nice. Unfortunately, I will not stay at or recommend this hotel to anyone for a very long time. My girlfriend and i checked in on Friday February 25th. We went out to dinner with friends and returned later that night around midnight. We […] got into a argument that was resolved within ten or so minutes. Unfortunately the police were called due to the noise, but quickly left after accessing the overall situation and no report was filled. The next day around 1 pm the manager on duty (who was not present the night before) called to my room and began berating me for the argument the night before. The manager knew i was a U.S. Army member and threatened my career several times and also made it very clear he knew high ranking militarty people who in his words "could make my life very difficult". After threatening to have my girlfriend and i removed if in his words "heard a peep" out of our room he again remind me of the trouble he could get me into and also remind me who he knew. I was very apologetic for the noise disturbance at such a late hour, but this did nothing to calm the manager. After being throughly embarressed my girlfriend and i checked out a day early with no rembersment for the final day of our stay and made arrangments at another hotel. I was planning on booking a room for my father the following weekend but will now make other arrangements for fear he may after to encounter this manager, since my father and i have the same name. Hotel was great, however, our air conditioning went out in the middle of the night and we had to move accross the hall to another room to sleep. It was fixed in the morning.

Overall my stay was fine. The bed was a little hard ... I'm used to a softer versus firm bed. Room was clean and all amenities well thought out. I'd stay here again. Staff was accommodating by providing directions to my conference. Breakfast was a good quality.

Elegant room! Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable & as advertised. Great full breakfast, cereals, muffins, waffle maker, sausage & biscuits, gravy, juices, milks, very good coffee, ect. Really enjoyed lobby area for visiting with family. Staff put us all in rooms next to each other. I want to go back & buy that bed from the hotel! Best night's sleep […] in years, or since, for that matter. Even the pillows were sooo comfortable that we didn't even unpack our own. We got a good deal by catching an on-line 24 hr. special & booked 5 days ahead of time. Hotel was convenient to everywhere we needed to go, easy to find, easy in & out. I have all great things to say about this hotel: friendly reception, great decor, comfortable setting, modern room layout, and most important, very comfortable beds. Even thought the price is a little higher than others in the area of equivalent class, it was well worth the price. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nice modern hotel. Very clean. Not wild about the bathroom arrangements with a sliding door with glass insert, but we managed. Hotel staff very friendly.

From the moment we walked in the door we felt so welcome! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional. The hotel was spotless from floor to ceiling and the pool and whirlpool were sparkling! Even the pool towels were great, not those tiny little things you usually get, but full size towels! The beds were the most comfortable I have […] ever slept in, including my own and we own a sleep number bed! Breakfast was par for this type of hotel, with a nice selection of continental items and all of us were pleased and full. Great hotel, with a great design. Little more than I usually pay to stay in San Angelo but well worth it.

The hotel & staff were very pleasant. The room was nice with a small couch for TV watching & computer access for the techies. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Loved the shower.
