Hotel Novotel Muenchen Airport - ไฟรซิง

Great value proprty, modern and clean. Rooms small but perfectly adequate. Very quiet. Excellent breakfast. 1 stop on the S-bahn from the airport (2 mins journey E1.20) then a 5 minute walk from the station. (You can see the hotel from the station) Highly recommended as an alternative to the pricey on site hotel.

Excellent hotel - clean, quiet, comfortable. Decent size rooms, bar downstairs with meeting space and a good restaurant. Free city bus departs every 20 minutes between hotel and airport terminals.

Hotel staff sold bus tickets also to kids. Bus driver told that kids can travel free with adults - minor issue, but I paid anyway those useless tickets. Otherwise hotel was good.

The hotel was close to the airport, but it doesn't offer an airport shuttle - instead you are advised to take the public bus to the stop that is located just outside the hotel. The staff were so helpful, courteous and let us practice our German languag skills even though they all spoke English. The train staion is a short walk from the hotel and it will take you straight to downtown Munich, really nice. The restaruant staff was great and the food was really good.

Excellent hotel in close proximity to Munich airport. Easy access by bus (5-10 minutes depending on terminal, also close to S-bahn visitors park), recently renovated (modern style, spotless, very clean) with spacious and comfortable rooms. Good amenities and restaurant.

Our family of four had a great stay here. Very convenient to airport with awesome facilities and a clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was also superior. Very expensive bar, but to be expected in a hotel catering to business travelers. Highly recommend!

This hotel is ok, modern, contemporary, clean all you would expect from a global chain. It's location should be a massive plus. At Munich airport you have the choice to stay almost right in the terminal, expensive but close. Or in a nearby town, realistically 20 mins plus by bus or taxi ( it is never 2 mins by Bus) the Novotel however is located basically […] in the long stay car park. Realy close , but your options are limited to the airport, public bus, every 30 mins 1.20€ or taxi, and taxis are not keen as it is so close. Shame. The only other thing, the food not good, most hotels in Germany have realy bad food, low quality bland flavour. Example: the hotel burger, a staple at all hotels these days, most us and uk and other European hotels have realised this is something that can be good, or realy mediocre, for 15 euro it should be good but it's not, cheap meat no seasoning, you know the score. We were the same in the UK 5 years ago, but meat from the same place the local burger van does. Now at least in the UK we know these things have to be made from scratch, and it shows when it's not. Overall stay was adequate. I hate to pay for wifi as I think it should be complementary everywhere. Penny pinching at 9 euro for 24hrs. However, free to use Mac in foyer / childrens area for 20 min if not busy. So I was on all evening, no problem as the hotel was dead. best ratio for connection - price - comfort

This is a very nice hotel--clean and lots of amenities (although the sheets were a little rough for my taste). Travelers should be aware that the hotel is not directly connected to airport terminals and you will need to take a shuttle or bus. Patronizing, unpleasant staff member behind the counter. Hotel's design is aggressively colorful but sterile-- the lobby feels like a shopping center. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, which is all that really counts for a short stay. Annoying that internet access from rooms is not free and that the shower head is handheld. If you want to stay at the munich airport this is the place. Great Buffet for breakfast. Only a 5 min bus ride to the airport of a 10 min walk to the S Bahn. You can take S1 or S8 to city center. Both are about a 45 ride. It is a nice place to stay after a long plane ride.

This hotel was conveniently located near the airport for a short stop in Munich. The staff were friendly enough; on par with the service encountered elsewhere in Germany. My room was a stinky smokers room, which I had certainly not requested, but otherwise comfortable and clean.

I stayed at this hotel because had the first flight out the next day. Hotel service was good though a little cold, but heck,is Germany, they are not necessarily known for being teddy bears. Had a salad with salmon for dinner and was excellent. Room was comfortable, clean and nice. Design was modern yet warm.

The hotel is just a few bus stops away from Terminal 2. The metro train station is within walking distance. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and well equipped.

well placed for the airport, but a bus ride (no shuttle) or a walk to the train. it was a lovely hotel, though, I'd have liked to spend more time in the room that I did.

Great hotel ideal for airport. Shuttle bus signs in the airport directing to bus stop costing 1 euro 20 each way. Airport bus drops off and picks up right outside the hotel every 20 mins (not sure how late or early it runs as flight was middle of the day). Room nice, clean and modern. Nice lobby area.

Rooms for 4 persons is a bit too small and parking fee is very expensive

Really nice hotel, great price, convenient for an early flight out, 5 minute walk to the s bahn, my room was available at 11:00am. Could not ask for more: except for the A6 Avant 3.0 TDI in front of the hotel being shipped to the USA, no go.

Very clean and state of the art hotel. You can take bus 635 from the airport to the hotel and back that won't charge you anything (the bus runs every 20 minutes). The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the "S" train station that takes you to Munich downtown (be prepared to pay 10 euros per person for the ride).

I was very pleased with the hotel, my limited interaction with the staff was very positive and the room was very nice and comfortable. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was having to take a bus to the hotel, but that actually was pretty easy and only took a few minutes to get there. The hotel was very clean, the staff was quite helpful and right at the airport. There was a shuttle to the airport for a fee. I would not recommend the restaurant for dinner as the food was not very good. On the otherhand, the breakfast was wonderful and has a vast selection! The hotel was great overall!

A fine hotel, but note that they have no shuttle to the airport. The airport is one or two tram stops, about 5 minutes, away and it runs every twenty minutes. The tram stops about a two minute walk from the hotel.

Was not disappointed. Absolutely spotless. Nicely located. Secure and quiet. The two receptionists at the desk on Sunday morning were smiling and extremely helpful. Within 31/2 hours, I managed to get to Munich by train, take a one hour sightseeing tour and come back in time to go catch my flight. Fantastic.

No charge bus takes you directly from the airport to the hotel. Hotel is new, modern and has all the amenities one can want for an overnight stay.

This hotel is located directly at the long-term parking area of Munich airport. A bus running every 15 minutes that takes you to and from both terminals stops just outside the lobby door. The hotel is about a year old and is very clean and modern feeling. The staff were pleasant to deal with as well.

Good hotel, although needs some maintenance. Shower holder was brocken. If your room is facing inner courtyard - closed space surrounded by four walls and nothing inside - you might get uncomfortable feeling (kind of depressing).

the Novotel is a nice hotel a short ride on a free shuttle bus from the munich airport. the room was well appointed and very comfortable. it its next to the remote airport parking lot so not much in the immediate vicinity but it has a nice bar and restaurant. just don't follow the brown signs to novotel shuttle inside the airport near the rental car […] return, they will lead you to the wrong place! ask for assitance to make sure you are at the right stop! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

I was surprised by how nice this hotel was. The room is large and clean. I had to stay here during Oktoberfest because I couldn't find a reasonable hotel in Munich. Keep in mind if you stay here, It did take about 35 minutes on the train to get into Munich everyday. Also the train ticket everyday was 9 euros because it was out of the city. Very quite hotel, in spite of being so close to the airport. We had an outstanding meal at the restaurant for dinner with terrific service. There were no bellmen to help with bags, but everything else about this hotel is first rate!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was modern, the bar was fully stocked with great food, there is free internet in the lobby in 20 minute increments. The staff is wonderfully helpful, they assisted with everything from wake-up calls to directions. My only complaint was that if you're heading into city it's kind of far away (about 45 mins by train). […] Since we were there for Oktoberfest, we had to take that train ride everyday plus a bus from the train stop to the hotel. Excellent choice for a hotel at Munich Airport. Modern, clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. Great access to the airport. Breakfast and parking are extra charges.

Snyggt och rent, fin frukost. För varmt på rummen (ingen kyla påslagen i Mars) Sängarna för hårda om man har ryggbesvär. Om man vill göra något annat än sova så detta fel hotell.
