Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas - ลาสเวกัส

Loved the hotel. Classic Mandarin Oriental ambience & service set on the Strip. A great place to stay if you don't want to wade through a casino floor just to get to check-in. Very nice pool deck. Standard room very nice so save some $'s for the casino.

I highly recommend this hotel for people going to Las Vegas. It is quite for people would like to stay away from gambling areas where people staying all over the day. The service is very good and staff were nice and would like to help. The location is very nice and on the strip where everything is.

I feel this is not a luxuray hotel, it's more like a condo. I don't know why the rate is so high in Tripadvisor. their service is ok, but is it Necessary to knock your door at every morning around 9am to ask you if you need mini bar service? After staying at the Bellagio last time in Vegas - I wouldn't consider staying anywhere but the Mandarin Oriental again. Service was excellent - the staff's attention to detail and ability to recognize our needs in advance were outstanding. The rooms are state of the art and views of the strip are excellent. Loved that you could see the skyline from the bathtub! Beds super comfortable as well. NO casino = NO residual smoke smell anywhere which is a huge plus. This place is amazing. Somehow you're on the strip, but you feel like you're an oasis that provides reprieve from the dudes crushing hurricanes. The service was impeccable and was as good as any I've ever experienced. Doug the concierge is the man.

This is an exceptional hotel in every respect. From the personalized greetings from the staff to the delivery of the paper and housekeeping requests to the valet closet, a wonderful experience.

Lovely room, the restaurant is surprisingly good. It is at the middle of the strip so quite close to everything. The best is there is no casino at the hotel. Having visited many other resorts I wouldn't want to be anywhere else but Mandarin Oriental.

By far the best quality hotel on the strip in terms of room view, customer service, cleanliness and location. If you're looking for quiet clean place to stay after a night out this is it. The only downside is that it's the only major hotel on the strip without a casino and a club. This might be an upside to those traveling with family. Very clean and quiet. Attentive staff. I never smelled cigarette smoke anywhere at the hotel or its common areas. We don't gamble so no casino yet in the heart of the strip was a great plus.

I was so glad I decided to splurge for this hotel. It is such a beautiful and peaceful place, and made all the difference in my trip. I love the excitement and craziness of Las Vegas, but after you've had enough, you don't want to have it at your hotel. The Mandarin is a wonderful refuge from all of that. The emphasis here is on serenity, relaxation, […] and de-stressing. Perfect!! And as many others have stated in their reviews, there's NO SMOKING and NO CASINO! This is such a plus. Also, I had some fantastic food at the Mozen Bistro, and the service was top notch and not stuffy. All the staff were extremely friendly and down to earth, not what you might expect at a place like this. The Mandarin Bar is pretty cool, and being in a hurry one night, I stopped by for a quick bite. The burger sliders were just the ticket, when you don't have the time for a proper sit-down dinner. The view is just incredible, and I recommend stopping by while staying here. Las Vegas is the last place on earth I want to visit again but for this final trip for a 70th birthday celebration, all I can say is wow. I spent a recent weekend in Las Vegas with a buddy and the Mandarin was a great choice as a place to stay. It's incredibly quiet, clean and the blackout curtains made daytime sleep easy to get. One issue to mention though regarding Security. We had a non-dangerous incident and needed the name of the cab company that dropped us off one night. Security […] had tape of us getting out of the cab and coming into the building but would not take the time to look through and tell us the name of the cab company. They said they were too busy. We ended up getting the info another way and dropped the matter 24 hours later after Mandarin security would not help. I was very surprised by that obstructionist behaviour. To be clear, we were asking for nothing more than the name of the cab company...hardly info to be withheld. That said, every other person at the hotel we engaged with to help resolve this issue was INCREDIBLY helpful. The door guy even started calling cab companies to try and get the name. That was awesome! Kudos also to the Concierge staff. We had a simple information request at one point and they jumped into action - both trying to get us the best, quickest information - very impressive. Aside from the deliberately unhelpful Security people (who also would not come out and talk with us directly) the Mandarin was wonderful. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Upon arriving at the hotel we were immediately welcomed by the friendly valet and lower lobby staff. Checking in was actually relaxing, and the hot hand towels were an added bonus after such a long drive. The Hotel location is prime and a bit of a secret from the surrounding hotels. Because there is no Casino, the hotel has more a chill vibe with high end amenities, bar, pool etc. Starbucks just opened and if you like to get away from the crowds after your night out, this is the place!

absolutely no issues. the hotel was a peaceful get away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. THe staff were courteous and friendly... we were usually greeted by a "welcome home" when we came back from an excursion. We will definitely stay at the Mandarin again.
