Had a lovely stay.. all staff were very nice and very helpfully to us, they even let us check in early...

Very comfortable hotel at a good price.

Very nice hotel. Perfect location, when we came with the bus from Manchester, for our stay en Liverpool. Bus directly to the citycenter

Apart from the bar area being quite cold in the evening as the heating wasn't working we found the hotel very pleasant and the staff to be extremely welcoming and helpful. In particular the manager Martin provided great help and information which added to the success of our trip

Breakfast on our last morning was good but in short supply. The breakfast service area was badly under staffed. The poor lady working there was running round trying to tidy up and re-fill all on her own. My wife had to ask for bread and then bacon, she apologised and duly got the required things for her. Nice new hotel directly across the terminal. Rooms are nice and comfortable.

Booked this hotel for a fun weekend away with friends. We were pleasantly surprised how lovely the hotel was for the price that we paid, definitely great value for money. The hotel was very modern and clean, the rooms were spacious and the hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Big rooms and great service.

This hotel is of good quality and handy for early morning flight. The bar area is good with several different TV's. However, I don't recommend the evening dining arrangements as they don't seem to have good facilities. Great place for airport but to far away from town if that's where u want to go otherwise perfect

Very clean and modern rooms with a nice bar and extensive lounge seating area downstairs. Really the perfect airport hotel.

We have been using this hotel for sometimes now, it is very convenient if you arrive very late, or leave early morning. Just 50 meters from the check-in.

Excelleny hotel, very clean & modern, big rooms. So convenient as next to the airport. Would def stay again!!!!! Nice breakfast too... Thankyou..

This hotel was the perfect location to the airport- just across from the terminal. The room was great and the food was tasty. You do pay Hilton prices For it though so bare this in mind

You couldn't get a more convenient hotel anywhere,just walk over the road into the airport. It delivers everything you would expect from a Hilton Hotel at a very good price.

great location if flying, but also good for central liverpool, approx 15- 20 mins drive. Clean, comfortable and a good buffet style cooked or continental breakfast. Our second stay, would recommend to friends and family.

Arrived at 11.00am and was able to book into our room. We had a great view of the planes landing. The room was very spacious and comfortable and had all you needed . Buffett hot and cold breakfast was really good and you could have as much as you liked. Great way to start you holiday abroad, just a walk over the road to the airport. for price and convenience it is difficult to beat this hotel, a matter of yards from departures\arrivals. hotel staff will ring out for a take away to be delivered to hotel and let you use hotel crockery etc.. despite the hotel doing meals ! unfortunately we were there on new years eve ..........and the other guests were ' lively'

Hotel itself very good quality for the price. Food and bar area unimpreessive although breakfast was OK

We have stayed several times at the Hampton by Hilton at John Lennon Airport. It is absolutely ideal for a night if you are flying early or arriving late. If you have time to spare, leave your bags and have a walk to Speke Hall!

Very high quality hotel, lovely decor, good breakfast, good location, definitely stay there again. Easy, quick transport links into Liverpool City Centre

1. Is it a business hotel? No, no business centre. Reception didn't want to help when I ask them to print 5pages from my memory stick. 2. Is it a family/holiday/leisure hotel? No, isolated place, nothing around the hotel. 3. Food? No, they have some burger and pizza dishes that come out of their microwave. 4. A transit hotel? This hotels location cannot be beat if you are looking for a cheap hotel to stay in the night before an early flight. If you are arriving before supper I would suggest taking a taxi into Liverpool City Center for a good meal as the food at the hotel in quite bad. I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton with my brother & friend, we booked here purely because it was one of few remaining available hotels for the weekend. It did offer a decent rate for 3 people sharing a room (sofabed was fine), including breakfast too which at Hilton's is always mighty nice. The location of the hotel is great if you are flying out of […] liverpool after your visit, since you can walk from one to the other, however for getting to liverpool city it is a 10min cab ride. Be aware that taxis in Liverpool after 12pm on Fri/Sat nights are a nightmare, ranks don't work - you have to flag them down and bargain.
