This hotel exceeded my expectations, with a very reasonable price for a nice clean room in a pleasant attractive modern building. Not the most deluxe I've ever stayed at but no complaints whatsoever. Our first night at the hotel was in a nice sized room with a great bathroom. It fit our needs well. The second night, we were moved to a different room which was much smaller. I go to Mexico City all the time and have never had an experience like this. The employees are incredibly rude, there are hardly any of the amentities listed on the site. Hotel.com was great aboutb the mess and gave a credit. I would suggest hotels drop this hotel. There are no jacussi tubs, sleep train mattress, no refrigeratror and no microwave. […] They said it was the fault of hotels.com and it was too bad. Our key card lock broke and they came to let us in after 4 trips to reception. Finally had to tell them i was not stupid. They finally sent the mainentance and he said we had to be let in. It was the last night there and we were leaving in a couple hours so stayed in the room. I am fluent in Spanish so have no problm but they do nmot and will not speak any other language here. Me gusto la zona por donde esta ubicado el hotel todo cerca banco estaciones del metro, mucha amabilidad de las personas que elaboran en el hotel, el desayuno muy bueno las habitaciones muy comodas no hay aire acondicionado pero muy fresca las habitaciones, si regreso a mexico df lo escogerias otra vez...

En su interior estuve a gusto; pero en sus calles aledañas encontré mucha basura y gente sucia pernoctando, lo cual dá lástima el que las autoridades no atiendan este problema. El Hotel está en muy buena ubicación.

Tout simplement tres bien. Le rapport qualité prix est tres bon! Je vous le recommande.

O serviço é bom, o hotel é um pouco velho, mas como para da para esperar vôo vale a pena, está bem no centro histórico e dá para andar pelas ruas da cidade. Internet gratuita e pessoal atencioso. Só peca pelo banheiro.

es un hotel muy bueno para ir de trabajo al DF.

La calle donde está ubicado el hotel estaba un poco oscura, pero hay gran cantidad de vigilantes lo cual nos hizo sentir seguros. Tenía que hacer un trabajo en el centro de México y la ubicación del hotel estaba perfecta a un precio cómodo.

La atención del hotel fue buena. E l trato del personal amable y respetuoso. E l sitio del hotel, quizá por ser centro, es bastante complicado. No se si por esta via les pudiera recomnedar el cargador de mi minicomputador que se me quedó en la habitación el lunes 3 de octubre. Salí con mi esposa muy temprano al aeropuerto y lo dejé. Muchas gracias

la habitacion con cama kin fue magnifico en 1er piso fallo el internet pero amablemente nos pasaron al 3er piso donde estaba igual la habitacion con jacusi y funcionando todo. para dar un plus mas a este hotel que tiene una buena presencia por fueras serria bueno que la administracion aga cambios de las televisores a pantallas ya que nos toco una de […] tv de caja normal estubimos 5 dias fuimos a leon y regresamos por 1 dia mas y nos toco habitacion en 4to piso cama kin pero sin jacusi con tele de pantalla cambio el panorama del cuarto creo que se pueden hacer mas por las habitaciones como poner mini split en ves de los ventiladores que hay hasta pronto y que mejoren อ่านเพิ่มเติม

en general todo bien, solo que hace falta que el hotel cuente con aire acondicionado, ya que en los meses de calor esta insoportable!!

Excelente atención desde que llegamos, pero solo nos dieron una tarjeta para las tres. Un hotel cercano a Bellas Artes, el Hemiciclo a Juárez, la Alameda y el Museo de Artes Populares, además del metro. Lo recomiendo plenamente y con gusto regresaria.

NO ES EL HOTEL MAS LIMPIO DEL MUNDO PERO PARA DORMIR ESTÁ OK. OJALÁ LO REMODELEN Y LAS HABITACIONES LAS MODERNICEN.

Si bien los alrededores del hotel no son agradables, el mismo esta muy bien hubicado, en el medio del centro y muy cerca de todo. El hotel esta muy bien y el precio es muy economico.
