Very nice hotel...our first time her to the Hilton Garden. Very nice room, with nice big bathroom. The breakfast is not included, but it was very tasty and lots to pick from. Worth the money !!! Staff was very friendly! Definitely will go back again!!

The hotel is well situated near Freeways and not too far from the airport. It is close to a large number of malls and shops which are widely spread out. The rooms are large and comfortable with free facilities such as internet and a gym. The bar/dining area is small but well run with a good selection of food at breakfast. Externally it like being on a building site as the hotel is situated in a new development of housing and shops that has come to a grinding halt due to the economic issues facing the country. Overall hotel was great. Our rate included breakfast buffet which was excellent. My husband & I had planned a weekend getaway, looking forward to the pool & hot tub. There were two pools, shallow & shallower, so was great for kids and there were LOTS of kids All the time, including pre-teens/teens in the hot tub. As a result we never were able to use […] the pool/hot tub, a big disappointment. If you are shopping in Des Moines, it's a great place to stay, close to Jordan Creek Mall and all the other stores around there.

Great place to stay will go back in couple of weeks and stay again......thanks to every one there...also GREAT breakfast...

The Hilton Garden Inn is a beautiful hotel very close to I-80 and Jordan Creek Mall. Very clean and safe feeling. Make sure you find a rate on hotels.com that includes the breakfast buffet because it's great, but kind of expensive if your rate doesn't include it.

The Hilton Garden Inn in West Des Moines was a great place to stay. It is fairly new and the neighborhood around it is new as well.
