everything was good except the pool, it smelt like old sweaty socks. the water in pool was not clear, it did have a little cloudy look. we had mentioned it to front desk last time we stayed there, they said it was the pool cleaning stuff. again it smelt like old sweaty socks, mentioned it aghain to front desk.

My family stayed here for three days two nights. We had a very nice stay. The room and beds were so comfortable. I liked how the room was made up daily and we were given fresh towel and supplies. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was great, rooms were nice and big. Me and my family stayed in a suite and it was comfortable, big room, living room and bathrm. I was there 4 months ago and had a nice stay. The staff was still great and the breakfast was good. The room this time was not as nice, though. It was not as sparkling clean and it looked like someone had shot paint balls in the walls and the ceiling in the past in our room. The wallpaper was torn in one place and it looked like the room had been 'worked […] over'. I raved about it to my husband after the first stay alone and when we stayed there this time as a family, he looked at me like I was crazy. I was in town for the NCAA Basketball tournament and stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is 5 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the UNM Arena (The Pit). We had a King Suite which was perfect for our party of 3. The room was huge and clean. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. Continuous shuttle service to the surrounding area eliminated […] our need for a rental car. Hot breakfast was above average. There were a limited number of eating choices nearby and not much to do in the immediate area...but we were there for the basketball so that was not a factor with us. Our family stayed in two suites. We were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel and rooms. Also the excellent and well-presented breakfast.

This is an excellent place to stay if you need to be near the airport, which you can reach by hotel shuttle, or by rental drop-off (as we did recently). Our family had a very nice "suite" consisting of a large room with two queen beds and a small sitting room with a couch that opens up (and with two televisions).

The room was exceptional. The service could not have been better and the shuttle service to airport more than adequate and generous. Thanks for making it a memorable stay.

The Hotel was nice but didnt get any sleep, there was a party or something like that very loud kept us up. I had to call and ask them to do something. This was a 130 am. I fell if they are going to have events it shoud not keep up everyone.

Hotel staff was amazingly helpful when our bags did not arrive at the airport with us! Great service. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Very convenient and a great place to stay for the value!

We came to attend the New Mexico Bowl. We had a great suite. This hotel is close to the airport and NMU. They provided shuttle service to the game which was great. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty of everything. Overall we would come here again.

This hotel is close to the U of NM football stadium and basketball arena. The hotel staff is terrific. There is also easy access to restaurants also.

We had a great visit. We had 5 people stay in one room and had plenty of space. Two queen beds and a fold out sofa. It was clean, and staff was quick and polite. Continental breakfast had a decent variety for what I needed, and was fresh. Would recommend it!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The people at the front counter were really nice and helpful in anything that we needed. The breakfast was included with our stay and was really good.I was impressed with the variety they provided. The Jacuzzi and swimming pool were quiet and provided plenty of towels. This hotel was great! Nice, clean, up-to-date rooms that had great space for my family. This hotel was great! It was no more than ten minutes from The Pavillion and it was clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.

Centrally located, staff was very helpful. Hotel is clean, and is one of the best I've stayed in. Rooms were great, and the bed was incredible.

For a hotel so close to the airport I was amazed at what a quiet neighborhood this was. It was among the cheapest hotels of our summer vacation yet also one of the best maintained. The room comfort and amenities were great - no complaints there. The pool was a little murky, which was enough to prevent me from being comfortable swimming in it although […] we used the hot tub instead. Breakfast was just fine - plenty of seating even though there was a convention of some kind there and at least 25-30 people were in the breakfast area at any given time. Overall, the accommodation was satisfactory. The Hotel appears almost new, the staff was friendly and helpful. My suite was clean and the beds comfortable. Plenty of pillows, but no soft, flat pillows. My comfort was reduced by this. The room was cool, but the A/C was noisy and smelled bad. Temp control was difficult. I am surprised that a newer Hotel […] was not fitted with better, more efficient air-cooling. Otherwise, the room was quite comfortable. The most important feature of the room is the bathroom. I liked the modern basin and vanity. But this upgrade was not matched by the tub and shower. The old fixtures were a left-over, should have been upgraded with the rest. The curved curtain-bar was the only upgrade there, but the curtain was far too short. On a scale (1 to10)the room itself would receive an 8 if not for the bathroom. It was far from clean. If I were to inspect the work of Housekeeping Staff, this bathroom would not pass. My assessment for this room is a 5. Easy to access, close to Isotopes baseball.

Very nice, clean, friendly, location was where I needed a hotel. Breakfast was very nice. The room was quite. The hotel was well marked, easy to find, and lots of parking.

Great staff and service by everyone, Outstanding breakfast, driver took us to car rental on request to save time and effort.

They had the most comfortable beds, very clean rooms, helpful staff, and a tasty warm breakfast. Great indoor swimming pool that was clean. Would stay there again.

Easy to find, good breakfast selection, room very comfortable and decorated up to date with frige and microwave, staff a bit disorganized as put wrong bill under our door, all else great.

Absolutely one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a LONG while. Friendly staff, clean, updated rooms, comfortable bed & pillows (LOVE the choice of both firm & soft in the room). Thanks HIE!
