Its location is a very convenient spot. The room is clean and good space. I will come back again if I have a chance.

We enjoyed our stay at the WiFi. Our room was comfortable and clean, although our bar fridge did not work and only served as a heater instead. The bed was a little hard for my liking, but the black out curtains made it very easy to sleep of the night before. Though it was initially hard to find after getting off the Airport Shuttle Bus #A11, Wifi has a good location. Food was available round the corner & it's a short walk to Causeway Bay. Wanchai (& her outlet stores) were just 2 streets away. To get to Tshimshatsui, we took the ferry which was a walk away:) There wasn't any signs of prostitutes and drunks […] as mentioned in other reviews & we felt safe returning even after midnight. The mentioned night-life were at least 3 blocks away.. The reception was helpful and quick in helping us when needed. The room was normal by Hongkong's standard but well-designed to accomodate 2 adults with 2 large suitcases (have to unpack though). The bathroom was a tad narrow but liked the sufficient counter top space. Was glad I was rooming with my husband as both sides of the bathroom was walled in with transparent & opaque glass panels. Overall service is great .Then the location quiet ok its because near with a lot of restaurant and mini market

I gave rating 3 for cleanliness, maintenance & comfort because my room is filled with cigarettes smell, from towels to bed to pillows etc. If it is not for the cigarette smell, this hotel would have been perfect! Wifi connection is free and fast, location excellent, staff friendly and efficient.

Excellent location. Hotel room is small but clean and good value. Good customer service. However, sometime the towel has some old marks on it.

Boutique hotel. Boutique hotel. It's small! The room is a rectangle. Walk in and you see the bathroom and shower enclosed in clear glass. Walk past it and you have the bed. It has a fridge and a small safe. This is the smallest room I have ever stayed in. I had a female guest visit and I had to step out of the room when she had to use the bathroom(clear […] glass bathroom.) The toilet itself also emitted a foul smell, even when it is flushed and emptied. I noticed this once I checked in. I kept the lid closed at all times to workaround it. The only Pro is the location in Wan Chai which is close to the MTR, restaurants and shopping centers. Staff were friendly and helpful (experienced 3 shifts). Clean rooms . Entrance to the hotel is a "hole in the wall". Neighood was in hardware /house repairs shops. Walking distance(10 min )to Time Square at Cause Way Bay. No coffee shop in the hotel but food readily available in the street..

having lived in HK YEARS ago, this was an ideal place to stay. In the middle of town to me, walking distance to ferries, trams subways and bus stops. Room was clean and tidy, plenty of space, great bathroom. Bed comfortable, slept like babies.

This is an excellent hotel in a good location. Short walk to the MTR. Good size room. I really enjoyed my stay.

Nice place very small room but that's what Hong Kong is about space,, serves the purpose if your only crashing out from a late night and up just before you check out!

It is very convenience to go shopping and take subway and ferry.

Great hotel for the money. It is conveniently located in Wan Chai, with good subway access. I took a few day tours and the staff is very personable and one on one in arranging.

Anything is fine, but the view of sea is bad bad! Only can you see the scenery a bit...

This hotel is very conveniently located...close to shopping and public transportation. It is within walking distance to almost everything. My only major complaint has to do with the size of their rooms...quite small, but I guess in Hong Kong, space is a premium.

Located fairly close to Causeway bay station and Times Square shopping mall the location of the hotel is very good. It is a small walk from the station but not a problem. The room was fairly spacious by Hong Kong standard and the facilities very better than expected. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was small as expected. It was perfect for me because I was traveling alone. Had I been with my girlfriend, it would have been a little tight. I was there on a business trip. So needless to say I am not expecting much but I was still dissappointed. The staff was not at all friendly or helpful. The hotel was under renovation. If they tell their staff that they are in the hospitality business and once the renovation is done, this could be a good place for business travellers.

The WIFI hotel had substandard WIFI signal. I had to move the TV to get to the cat5 jack. Fortunately I had a cable, the hotel provides nothing. There are no services: no ice, no laundry. I asked reception where I could buy ice or find laundry. They only suggested that I look around in the neighborhood. The room is typical HKG: small. 麻雀虽小五脏俱全，可以满足简单出行的需要了。

酒店位于洛克道（近铜锣湾），非常市中心的位置，出行非常方便，距离铜锣湾地铁站步行5分钟。酒店房间还是比较大的，至少比一般的香港酒店要宽敞的多。房间很干净，有WIFI，非常便捷。酒店很贴心的准备了转换插座，方便大陆的访客。感觉酒店很超值。推荐给大家

有WIFI很好！地點也不錯，價格也OK! 會再去住的一家飯店！只是廁所的清潔劑味道太重了！這個需要改進一下～

地理位置很不错！整洁干净，下次还会去！

房间虽然不大，但是设施齐全，酒店服务态度也很好，很满意。酒店门面比较小，不太容易找。距离铜锣湾站约10多分钟行程，周围购物交通都比较方便。下次出游依然会选择这家酒店。

立地は非常に良いが、HOTELが古くて狭いので、もう少し宿泊料金が安ければ更に満足でした。

In het hotel spreekt het personeel goed Engels, ze ziin erg vriendelijk. De kamer is erg netjes, is uitgerust met koelkast, ipod player, tv, dvd/mp4 speler, airco etc. En het ligt erg centraal op Hong Kong Island. This hotel is only 2 years old, and if you compare price and quality, this is very good. Situated only 10 minuts away (by foot) to the HK Convention Center and the Wang Chai Ferry to Kowloon this hotel is very central. No breakfast or other food aviable. Lage mitten in Wan Chai, dennoch ziemlich ruhig, alles gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. MTR, Bus und Strassenbahn innerhalb ein paar Minuten. Für ein Kurztrip nach HK ist sicherlich zu empfehlen. 駅から近くはないが、静かでよかった。近くにコンビニもあって便利。部屋は掃除がゆきとどいていて清潔感があってよかった。毎日ペットボトル２本の水が無料サービスがあった。Wifiも無料だったので便利だった。次回いったときにまた泊まりたいと思った。シャトルバスもホテルの前で止まるので利用してよかったと思う。

服務態度很好又親切!!如有疑問,也是客戶至上!!非常滿意! 離銅鑼灣相關景點都近,附近好吃餐廳很多; 打小人橋就在附近,跑馬地也很近!! 除了麻雀館多了一點XDXD....但從銅鑼灣方向來..就不會看到麻雀館囉!!

改装したばかりのようでとても綺麗で快適なホテルでした。値段も手頃で良いです。 場所がMTRの銅鑼湾と湾仔の中間辺りにあるため、駅から歩くとかなりあります。これがちょっと問題。 タクシーの運転手も見つけにくそうだったため、初めて行く時にはちょっと迷うのを覚悟しないといけません。近くまで来たら、付近の店の人に聞きましょう。

比我想像中的還要大很多,性價比頗高,各項設備看起來都算乾淨了!! 唯獨晚上逛完街要從銅鑼灣地鐵站走回去的那段路覺得特別遙遠....浴室裡的衛生用品都很齊全,但不知為何沐浴乳味道很臭...要是這點能改善就更加完美了!

酒店服务好，客房整体卫生不错！地理位置方便，对想入住湾仔及铜锣湾区域的旅客来讲十分便捷。唯一不足之处是酒店客房略微小了一点点，不过这也是香港同价位酒店中的普遍现象。推荐有兴趣的朋友入住！
