Hotel was a little expensive for location and conditionb ut it filled our need for one night near the airport.

Our stay was pleasant, the room was clean & the gentleman on the service desk was very helpful

It takes me some time to find the location of the hotel.It is a quiet place. However, my room is in the underground, so the smell in the lobby is not good. Overall, the room is clean and tidy.

The hotel was perfectly located to get to the airport early in the morning - especially with the free shuttle. I t was also clean and quiet. A pleasant surprise!

Because the hotel was surrounded via traffic,a car wash, car rental agency it made located the building difficult. I actually made several passes by the hotel before realizing it's location.When I got to my room door their was linen every where. And when I opened my door,I couldn't help but notice a condom in the trash can.Which made me examine the […] sheets and they had several small stains on them. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and well presented. The neighborhood was not conducive to my leaving to find something to eat. Walked two blocks to find a Popeyes but no other conveniences available. Happy with the price at that location. Thanks.

The Hotel is small and right at the end of the runway for LGA, but I was not bothered by the noise. Carpeting in halls is new. Room carpeting needs to be replaced.

Had a very nice stay, easy access to the busses- subway... helpful personell and great breakfast, cleansiness and freshess plus. Rooms very cleaned. Shuttle service to and from hotel from the airport.... great for families and very affordable. Yes I would use you again.

I checked in on Christmas eve and those concierges are just pokerface....Maintenance is fine, though.

Stayed here for over 2 weeks, appreciated the micorwave and frigde in the room. Price was a bit high. Location wasnt bad. Room decor seems bit antiquated. Lots of eatery in the neighborhood. Parking on Friday and Saturaday is pitiful maybe there is a restaurant in the lobby. But that's not a good reason for those who are staying there to suffer. Hotel […] management didnt seems to care. Cleaning crew was annoying calling and knocking on my door despite the fact I left "Please donot disturb" sign on the door knob for their perusual. Great value for the money. Fairly new facility. Complimentary shuttle to and from LaGuardia-- just call when you land. Tell from desk 15 minutes before you want to be picked up when going back to airport. Complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast. Two blocks to bus line that drops you off at nearest subway stop. Hotel was fine if you keep in mind that the big chain hotel half a mile away is 3 times more. The rooms are tiny. Mine was maybe 12 x 12. Just enough room for a bed, TV Stand and a small work desk. Shuttle from Laguardia was great and the staff was very nice. The free breakfast is good but don't expect ham & eggs. Cereal, danish and juice. Only complaint […] was it's borderline clean. Not dirty, but you don't feel like it's clean either. I think for the price I paid the hotel was a great value but I wouldn't plan on taking the family and spending a week. The hotel staff were courteous. The local bus stop is in front the hotel and it takes you directly to the train to downtown or uptown NY for $2.25. Make sure to have change for the bus. Very safe! Purchase your train tckt for $2.50 at the station. The hotel breakfast was super!! I'd stay here again, if the opportunity presented itself.

contrary to the review[s] before booking,my stay at this hotel was unforgettable.I found it to be in a very quiet area and having sorrounding amenities.It met and exceeded my expectations.I would strongly recommend this hotel without a second thought.The staff were very helpful and courteous.I would stay at this hotel again and again.

When I landed at the airport called the hotel for directions using public transportation. The person suggested to spend $35 on a taxi. Well, for $2.25 I could've gotten there. Please have a more knowlegeable front desk staff.

Not bad for a w/e stay. Did not spend alot of time in room, so the fact that it was tiny and the TV worked poorly did not effect our stay. Staff was unhelpful, seemed put out by small requests, like: "can we have an extra towel?"

Clean. Smelled clean. No complaints.

Value for money

we got around just fine staying at this hotel. Safe,we used a metro card easily and took the bus a block from then the train to manhattan easily. very affordable, clean rooms, airplanes are overhead, but manageable -- not a big deal. we even walked to church Sunday easily. the shuttle to the airport is quick and easy.

Perfectly nice hotel in a weird area near the airport with reliable shuttle. GREAT east indian delivery from the neighborhood.

Clean, comfortable but small room. Remarkably quiet. Perfect location for an early morning flight out of La Guardia. Would stay again.

Just as previous reviewers had written the hotel had a strange button on the tub water control to turn into a shower and the knob was missing and therefore the shower didn't work, could only take a bath. Otherwist the hotel was fine.

We stayed at this hotel a week ago on business and had no complaints other than the very incomplete grasp of English shown by the muttering hotel clerk This time we were given a miniscule "king" room which was tiny, cramped and impossible to imagine spending three days in. My husband had to limbo just to get between the bed and the desk. I asked for […] the room we'd had earlier and was told there were no rooms available anywhere in the motel, it was completely sold out. Skeptical, I went on hotels.com and found there were many available offerings, so 5 minutes later, I called the clerk to politely tell him he'd made a mistake and we wanted a room that was not tiny and impossible to negotiate comfortably. Then he said there were available rooms bit they had been promised to desperate travelers who were being bussed in en route from a cancelled flight. ( This was an ill-advised lie, as 1)we were literally on the grounds of the airport so it would have taken such travelers no time to arrive and they'd be here by now and 2) from the window I could see travelers including a carful of partying kids, driving up casually to check in) I urged him to give us who had already paid the room we want and give one of the desperate travelers the claustrophobic room. he then said he could not because we had already used the room and it was not "clean". "if it is not clean, I will not let you change the room" Excuse me? Finally he said he would inspect the room that we had occupied for all of 10 minutes to make sure it was "clean" which he did, minutely peering under the sheets and at crevices in the bathroom. He couldn't have been more suspicious if we'd said we were carrying plague, he should get a job with the CDC. All this despite the fact that we are standing around with our unpacked luggage and clearly have not used the room. It was very clean, modern, looked new and boasted a flatscreen TV and free wireless that worked. the AC was very new, quiet and efficient No restaurant or room service but everything else that a business traveler might need— oh and it actually is near the airport in a convenient but nonresidential area. Too far from Manhattan for a NYC tourist but perfect […] for someone who needs to make a plane. the rate was the cheapest I have ever paid to stay anywhere in the NYC area I will definitely stay there again. Could hit a golf ball to the airport runway but the cab ride was $8 due to traffic patterns. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet. Could have used more variety at the continental breakfast. (Bananas, yogurt.)

This hotel is located really near to the airport. We can always hear airplanes taking off and landing starting early morning until midnight. The breakfast was OK. The hotel is located a little far from bus station or a train station. It is a little scary when going back to hotel late at night. This hotel is NOT a place to stay if you're doing anything other than arriving late and leaving early the next day. If you need a place near LaGuardia to lay your head until you can get a flight out the next morning - go for it. Otherwise, keep looking. Our room was located on level "C". Which I can only assume stands for cellar. We were in the basement […] - LITERALLY. The single window in our room was at street level (near the ceiling, and above eye level when you're inside the room). Nice if you have a shoe fetish as all you can see when you look out are the feet of people walking by on the sidewalk. The window air conditioner did not work. The hotel was full, as were all hotels in the area, so their "offer" of returning our money when there were no room alternatives was appreciated, but pointless. We had to stay. They suggested we prop the window open, which we did. However, everyone who stepped outside to smoke, smoked right outside our window so the smoke drifted in - along with their conversations. There is no HBO or access to movies. Additionally, you couldn't possibly have gotten a suticase through the hallway in the morning as the basement must house the laundry facilities. ALL the sheets from rooms that were stripped that morning filled the hallway. Overall, this ranks as the worst hotel experience I've had in many years of traveling. And really, I don't require a lot. However, I don't expect to feel as though I'm staying in the dungeon. Which I did. On a positive note, the hotel staff was polite and professional. This is a nice little place if you need to stay around NY for business and don't want to spend a lot of money. The room was very clean and taken care of. To stay here, you definitely need a vehicle to move around because it's a little away form everywhere. They have a safe parking-lot.

This is a vey nice hotel. The price is right and the front desk people are skilled customer service professionals.

Customer Service in this hotel was horrible! The front desk man would take personal phone calls on his cell phone and completely ignore me...after a while he would ask what I needed and say either he didnt know or "no"...I would never again go back to this Hotel and never recommend it!

Hotel is adjacent to the airport. Great for those who want to see/hear airplanes because they fly directly over the hotel. Simple but good value.
