This was a business trip. Didn't get to spend much time at motel. Hot tub was nice. King bed and non-smoking. Clean. All employees were great and very helpful. Had micro and fridge. This was a great hotel, definitely lived up to the Hilton name. The room was excellent, very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Near to perfect hotel, extremely comfortable hotel. The adjustable firmness bed is operated by gravity and a little strange to get used to but comfortable. If there is a fault it would be the club in the adjoining property, at times I could faintly hear their music. I booked this room through hotels.com but Hilton charged my card $90 that I got returned 10 days later. Putting a hold on $90 and not informing me was just like stealing it. I will never stay again

The Hotel was great..........up to date, clean and the staff was above outstanding! Jonesboro was a little hard to find but once we arrived, well worth what we paid!!

My stay turned out tp be a nightmare for me and my family. Although the room was clean and spacious the front deck put my family in a one bed that was acually made for a handicap individual. I previously reserved a a room with two beds. The hotel was not even full ay the time and i was told that they had no more clean rooms. Everything worked, was clean and checkout was at noon. Just what we needed. I am glad we chose this hotel and will use them in the future.

Our stay at the was nothing short of FANTASTIC! We came down for our annual family reunion and chose this hotel because of the close proximity to literally everything... The main highway, the sights we wanted to visit, and our reunion destination. The actual room size was slightly smaller than expected, but is was immaculately clean, comfortable, and […] welcoming. The room included a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker - among other standard hotel amenities. The one thing we couldn't stop talking about was the bed. The bed was a king size bed with a memory foam mattress. By far the MOST comfortable bed I have EVER slept in. Hotel services were awesome too. Asked them to refresh our room while we were out. We were there for a family reunion, and we were pretty loud, but the staff did all they could do accomodate us. Great service, nice clean rooms, great location, and the service was superb, especially the kitchen staff. Would definitely stay there again!!

Very quiet and peaceful. It was a very busy time for the hotel with ball tournaments, etc. going on and many, many guests. I was very pleased that we were not distrubed by the other guests!!! I am a very light sleeper!

we enjoyed our overnight stay. The room was nice and clean .The swimming pool was closed but was not your fault as someone had put macaroni and cheese in it. I was so happy there were no bugs or insects in our room. I have been to about 15 different hotels and they all had roach's dead and alive. I would refer your hotel to everyone I know.

Hotel had air conditioner issues that caused a large crashing sound throughout the day and night. Expedia had reservation booked as two seperate reservations, 1 per day,,,,instead of having both days listed as one reservation under the correct name. Much confusion, keys would not work, etc... Will not book through Expedia again.

We were greeted upon arrival, and treated like family during our stay. As a matter of fact, the manager gave us directions from Little Rock, Arkansas directly to the hotel. Very nice and close to good restaurants. Better if traveling alone. Rooms are small. Pool is really small for a hotel of that size.

Overall pleasant experience and very friendly and courteous staff. Enjoyed overall facility and lobby set up. Felt cleaning of rooms could have been timed better and have been better overall. Would recomend to anyone staying in Jonesboro!

Room was small and tight. Cleaning staff did not leave enough towels and washcloths for the second day of our stay. They also did not replenish the shampoo and lotion.

well the rooms we had paid for in advance were to be adjoined for the kids to stay and not be in bed with us, we got there the rooms were across the hall and several doors down from eachother, the lady working did find us a adjoined room that was nice the rooms were clean, the pool was clean the hottub was great.my only complaint is I was not paying […] 10 bucks for some scrambled eggs and dried out bacon and the lady working there was a total snot. but the rooms and pool were great!!!!!! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The room was great the bed comfortable. Could not hear our neighbors (not sure we had any). Was very disappointed about the breakfast not being complimentary - I know that other hotels in the area served complimentary breakfasts and that is a big plus to me, so while I liked the accommodations there, I will probably stay somewhere else next time.

I will recommend this hotel to my consultant colleagues. The bed is comfy, the wi-fi solid, good location, and the room clean. What more can you ask for?

The hotel was great - the only issue we had was being able to hear water pipes about 5 am - otherwise excellent - we're looking forward to the next time we can stay. The beds were great - loved the pool and hot tub.

Check in was easy and quick. We were given info of where to locate pool, hot tub and vending areas. We did not purchase the breakfast option as we weren't sure what it would entail but purchased seperately and were very pleased. The food was fresh to order and buffet selection was very good. The hilton garden inn Jonesboro was very nice! One thing is the rooms were small and they were not enough towels for my family and I. Another thing was the indoor pool... you could not even see the 2nd step because it had been so heavily clorinated! Other than these few things we enjoyed this hotel!
