Get pick up service from the airport, it's a little pricey but nice to not have to worry about a taxi. Very welcoming, friendly staff, very helpful. Good breakfast. This is a fantastic hotel in a prime location. The staff are very firendly and go out of their way to please you. The rooms are larger than usual for Hanoi and very clean. The location is right in the heart of all the action so very easy to walk right out of the hotel into the sights and shopping.

The boutique hotel is well maintained, clean. The staff is courteous and could speak reasonable English too. The breakfast line though limited is of good quality. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Stayed here after a backpack tour from Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi, for a relaxing hotel before we left. Service was great, staff were very friendly, room was comfy and clean. Had an issue with the bath not draining and they came and fixed it straight away (must have been 11/12 at night). Room was great, clean, modern, nicely decorated. Breakfast is good and the location is great if you want to be in the old quarter. The only drawback could be that the street outside is under constant repair and there's often unpleasant smells, but this is no fault of the Hotel, this is the old Quarter.

Good location, great people. Quite small rooms but we were only staying for 2 days so big enough for that. Beds are quite hard but after traveling the rest of the country it's not the worst. Good location we walked everywhere.

This hotel in the middle of a bustling district a 5 minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and markets galore is an oasis of calm and comfort. Stayed in 4 different rooms over three different visits and all had sery comfortable beds and nice, clean bathrooms. Breakfast is adequate, not lavish but with enough variety and a reasonable sprinkling of local food (pho, sticky rice, steamed buns). The staff were delightful, helpful; they arranged a room change from a central room on a lower floor that was without outside light to a similar room on a upper floor with block glass windows that let in the light. Originally booked the room for 5 nights on this website, but added two additional nights for my return after a side trip to Cambodia. Excellent stay at Maison d'Hanoi. Situation of the hotel is perfect you are exactly where you want to be. Service is excellent, everything is very clean and the breakfast is very good. This great hotel was a great position & within walking distance to the lake, 38 streets, and restaurants. Hotel room was small but everything you needed was there. Staff were very helpful. Corridors were dark but this wasn't a bid deal. Hotel was central to everything you want to see in hanoi. Free buffet was really good, better than expected. At the price this is what you are after.

部屋は小さいですが、綺麗なホテルです。 ベルボーイの人にシクロの交渉を頼んだら快く交渉して頂けたし、スタッフもフレンドリーですね。 １２月３１日の宿泊でしたが朝食に年越しそばがおいてあったり、気配りもなかなかなものです。 値段も手ごろですし、次回ハノイに行くことがあればリピートすると思います。

二泊しましたが快適に過ごしました。 ロビー、部屋、レストラン、何れも清潔で、スタッフの対応も丁寧で、とても好感が持てました。 周辺は、特に夜になると、可愛らしい雑貨屋さんがいっぱいあり、買い物も楽しめますし、 その街の喧騒から、Hotelに戻るととてもホッとした気持ちになれました。 館内の何処でもWIFIが快適に使える点も高評価です。またお風呂のお湯も水圧、温度ともに全く問題無く使えました。 朝ごはんも美味しかったです。

8/12～15まで3泊しましたがフロントの女性スタッフの（英語のみ）対応が良く、ツア－デスクでの案内も親切で言葉があまり理解できないのに地図で説明してくれたり、安価でツア－に行けるように教えてもらったり、良くある日本人価格で無い（日本申込価格の50％～70％安）現地通常価格で楽しんできました。部屋は清潔でバスル－ムも快適でした、朝食もおいしく、又ホテル近辺に何でもあり不便さはありませんでした、ホアンキエム湖まで200M位なので早朝の散策も出来て、立地条件も最高でした。情報として、ドルTCは使用できない店がほとんどですが湖の端のVPBankでは通常レ－トでVDと交換できました。
