I just went there for the first time and didn't expect it to be that good. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I would go again if i have the chance

Excellent in every way - friendly,efficient, helpful staff, beautiful room and facilities. We've never found any other hotel as wonderful to stay in as Traders. A++++++++++++++

Nice restaurants nearby. About 8-10 choices including the adjacent hotel. Beach access very close to the hotel. The beach is on a canal. From arrival to leaving our stay was fantastic. We stayed with club room benefits which was well worth it. The staff where very helpful with everything. There aren't so many pics on the website of the gym area but it is a well equipped room for anyone who uses the gym facilities. Location was ideal for us as we just wanted to relax. As it is combined […] with ShangRiLa there are plenty of resturants in their hotel (souk area, shops) to dine if you don't want to eat at hotel Traders all the time. The beach area was FANTASTIC, very clean, and comfortable sun chairs for the day and really nice shisha tents in the evening. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The rooms are very good, but the choice of TV channels is poor, so it is just as well there is a beach and an outdoors bar. The lobby is not that comfortable and the ultra-modern decor is a little overwhelming. However, the reasonable price and the friendliness of the staff make up for this.

A very modern, yet comfortable hotel & we found as with most hotels in Abu Dhabi, the staff, are extremely friendly yet professional. We felt very much "at home". We stayed on the club floor, which we found to be excellent. The room was well equipped, good sized TV with a wide channel selection, a good selection of tea & coffee. Spacious bathroom, with […] huge, walk-in powerful rain shower, & separate bath tub, nice lavender scented products. The club lounge was never full, soft drinks always available, canapés & drinks from 6-8. Not an extensive choice, but sufficient. The hot offerings were unfortunately Luke warm at best. The beach, well maintained, superb loungers & shades, ice bucket with water provided along with ample towels laid out by the beach staff, only criticism is that we were never offered for the water to be replenished, perhaps this is because it was January & cooler temps, so perhaps the staff didn't feel it necessary. Nice clean hotel close to Abu Dhabi airport, perfect for the transit stop. Only about 15-20 min from airport by Taxi (around 35 Dhms). Nice beach, plenty of eating options, pool is a touch small.

There were a few minor issues on arrival eg. Cot provided even though we advised that our child was thirteen! However whenever we did encounter a problem it was resolved to our satisfaction. All the staff went out of their way to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay in particular the 'executive housekeeper' ( sorry didn't get his name) who managed to […] get us a table for the New Year's Eve gala even though we were told it was full and the lovely staff in the Traders lounge on the ninth floor. I don’t normally provide feedback but our stay at Traders was exceptional! The hotel may be 4 star but the service was 5 star. My wife and I stayed for 10nights with our 6mth old daughter. The staff bent over backwards to help and resolve any issues or requests we had. This is our fifth stay at Traders. We upgraded to a Traders Premier Room which gives you use of the Traders lounge. As with the rest of the hotel the service is excellent and the standard of food is good too. Although you pay a higher rate for the room it equals itself out as the Traders lounge deal includes breakfast, drinks during the day and canapes […] and drinks in the evening. Due to a misunderstanding, we were given a deluxe room with no balcony on our first night, although we had specifically asked for a room with view and balcony. The next morning a member of staff spent a lot of time with us until we finally found the room type we felt corresponded to the description on the expedia website. This hotel is great for someone who wish to stay foot somewhere. possibility to change scenario or people by walking by the sea or using the small transport from the hotel. Convenient for meetings as the hotel is not far from the center or from the hotel. The staff are really nice and helpfull.

I have the misfortune of getting very sick during my stay. But the fantastic service, and wonderful staff of traders hotel made everything much better. This is a hotel where people care about you . Excellent vibe. Lovely staff, nice and quiet. great beach. Pool was a bit narrow and not near the beach, so no view and too crowded with children. Room service and restaurant food was great.

It's a 4-star in price, but really has so many amenities of a 5-star hotel. We stayed in a premier club room and it was quite spacious on a quiet floor. The club room itself is really nice and has lovely snacks.All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. One of the best experiences, if not the best, I have every had with a hotel. Huge modern rooms, extra clean and new. Beautiful design and facilities - the restaurants, the gym, the pool. Overall, great experience at this hotel, but two areas were lacking. The pool is more like a children's play pool. Only about a meter deep, all the way across. We also tried room service a few times. The food quality was good, but when we attempted to order breakfast at 3am, we were told that it would take over an hour, since they do not serve any breakfast […] items until first light. If this is the case, then why not have a separate "room service" menu with appropriate items that may be ordered during certain periods. Coming in from a foolishly early flight we were delighted to be able to use our room very early indeed. The style is modern, like a Habitat showroom, and despite it being great hotel it is in the shadow of its more luxuriously decored sister hotel Shangri-La next door. A small beach always had plenty of room during the day, but became packed with non-residents […] in the evening, to the point where we could not find anywhere to sit one night. The hotel pool was being refurbished, so we could use the Shangri La's nicer pool, which had views of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque over the creek, whereas the view from Traders was blocked by a new hotel on the other side. In fact, having the Shangri La next door meant there were four or five options for eating in the evening, in addition to Traders itself. Wifi was reliable, though didn't reach outside (no beachside browsing) although the Shangri Las did. This review might sound like the hotel is in the shadow of the Shangri La, and to an extent it is, but it is a good modern hotel in its own right. One thing to note, while a tour to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was fantastic, there is little to draw you to Abu Dhabi city itself. A £55/just over an hour taxi ride to Dubai is well worth it if you want a day out. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The pool at Traders was still under refurbishment, we shared the pool of Shangri-la, which was pleasant. There was construction going on that was not communicated when booking this hotel on Expedia. The room I was given was right beside the construction, there were men working feet away from my window which made me very uncomfortable. Not to mention the noise was ridiculous. Why anyone would be put in the rooms on that side of the hotel and be expected […] to pay full price is beyond me. When I asked to be moved there was poor communication between the different staff members coming and going. I had to wait around after being out all day and they tried to give me a smoking room when I specifically requested and paid for a non smoking room. The room I was finally given was a room with no window to the outside just a window into the lobby. I was EXTREMELY disappointed and would NEVER stay here again. Also the pool was not open which was not communicated until I read the sign on the door.
