Room was very comfortable, however, wished I had a tub instead of just a shower.

My only complaint was about the food. I placed an order for buffalo wings and the ranch that came with it was so watered down it looked like milk. Other than that service was amazing, had a nice view, and overall a great hotel.

Great place to stay if you like to party in the Gaslamp District. very close but not in it. awesome rooftop bar with a few to the baseball stadium. downside no pool

The temperature in my room was 76 degrees on checking in. It took 4 hours and 2 visits by the hotel engineer before I was switched to a new room. The new room had a broken coffee maker which was replaced by another broken coffee maker. At that time I gave up on the hotel services.

Parking was a bit pricey. They also don't have a shuttle to the airport. Other than those things it was a pretty nice place.

We had an amazing view from our room; however the pillow cases and towels had stains on them and the floors had some type of pink solution on the floors leading to the bathroom. When we were checking in the front desk was so snotty it set he tone for the hotel stay. We should have state in LA if we would have known service was like this.

Attractive hotel and rooms well located in Gaslamp area. Unfortunately, missing sheers on windows, uneven shower temperatures, poor soundproofing and expensive valet parking add up to no return visits to this hotel,,,

The staff was absolutely wonderful to us! The convenience to hot-spot sights was a big plus and the best part was that we were able to see the Padres play from the rooftop bar. I would highly recommend the Hotel Indigo to all and I would definitely stay there again.

Who would have known that Indigo could have delivered so excellentlly. In every category they made our stay an exceptional one. Their hospitality made us want to come back and back we will. Located right downtown in Gaslamp Area and just blocks from Padres Stadium. Everybody at Indigo made us feel special and for that I thank them.

We really enjoyed our stay. Location is great, service was great room was great. Surprised by $40 valet parking and the full breakfast on Hotels.com was only a $20.00 voucher which was only half of what was required.

cheap imitation of Kimpton - toilet didn't work - look out the windows directly in the windows of apartments - no privacy and no view - staff nice but embarrassed about the absurd prices of "add ons."

My husband and I arrived at 2:30AM and the valet and desk person were terrific - friendly and helpful. We had called several times as our flight continued to be delayed and they assured us we would have a room. Furthermore, we were given a generous late 1:30PM check out time the next day. The room was clean and spacious (much nicer than the Indigo near […] us at home) and we were so happy to finally sleep before heading onto to Temecula for a wedding the next day. Unfortunately, the maid knocked on the door at 9AM and woke us up. Shortly afterwards, we heard maintenance - in the form of what sounded like a chain saw, sanding belt etc. - on both sides of our room. Needless to say, we were not able to get much sleep. The hotel is a block away from Petco Park so if there is a Padre game on, you can go up to the 9th floor bar and watch the game...amazing! It's a short walk to the center of Gaslamp. Great food surrounds the hotel. Not too far of a drive for anything else either. Great hotel!

I was here for a 6 night hotel stay and the staff was excellent. I wish they offered in-room dining (room service) or even a fridge to keep my own food should I want, but that's the only complaint I can think of. Excellent! Staff could not have been more helpful, especially Nicolette, who wrote us a thank you note for staying at the hotel, and Brian, who gave me his own iPhone plug to take home because I left mine behind. The woman barista at the restaurant knew my food order after the first day. The hotel itself is lovely,

Hotel was beautiful and the location was great. The rooftop bar is fantastic and would be a great place to be during a baseball game. The staff was wonderful and friendly. We ate breakfast at table 509 and it was delicious. I had the best latte there and our waitress was awesome. I would definitely stay here again

We were "walk in" customers. We were told at ballet there were rooms available. We asked at the counter for a room where we were told there were no vacancies. I got on my phone app. on a hotel. website. There, I booked a room. Walked to the counter with our confirmation where we then got our room!! Not front counter appeal but the hotel sure was!!

The hotel was great! The 9th floor bar/lounge has a huge patio with an amazing view! The room was extremely nice, the beds super comfortable, and even the shower was spacious. There are attractions all around the area. Definitely a place I would stay again.

$40 for valet -- and that valet is your only option for parking at the hotel - is ridiculous. If you don't want to pay for valet, they suggest a spot 3 blocks away that you could park. $15 or $20 for valet, fine, but $40???

So happy with my choice- hotel itself was very nice, and the staff and location were great as well. The hotel lobby and room smelled great. I didn't get to check out the lounge on level 9, but I'd definitely stay here again and make sure to hit the lounge- it looked like a great spot. The room was nice; however, you could hear the guests in the room immediately above you through the bathroom air vent. We could literally hear word-for-word conversations. We really enjoyed everything about the hotel and staff however, the thermostat was broken or something because the heater would not work. It just blew cold hair no matter what setting we put it on.

The rooms in this hotel were very clean and comfortable. I like the fact there were hardwood floors instead of carpet. The hotel is located within blocks of several bars & restaurants. Very chic hotel. Staff was friendly and professional. 5 min walk to all the bars and restaurants. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Only downside is you are pretty much forced to valet and that is $40. I plan on staying there again.

Location was close to everything in the gaslamp quarter. $39 for overnight parking, but that is average price for that area. Service was great and loved the decor of the hotel.
