Our stay was for one night only however the service was wonderful from start to finish from the front desk staff, they were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay at the Waldorf Stadium Hotel & would recommend to anyone wanting a good hotel within a few metres of Vector Arena. Excellent car parking just around the corner in the V Arena carpark. Although a short walk from the CBD very close to cafes, restaurants & a Countdown supermarket. "Good but bad luck on apt location"
Overall good except parking inconvenient but loading zone on front of apt for loading and unloading bags. First apt was smelling from cleaning product so we were moved with no hassle but it was end unit adjacent to office building so could not use deck and had to keep drapes pulled. "Great get away"

"excellant proximity to Vector Arena"
Had a great night, kids were off to Vector Arena concert - 2 minute walk from back door. Lots of places to buy dinner, close to main CBD and 24 hour Countdown 3 min walk away. Parking was excellent, and Staff very friendly. Only little let down - soap dispenser in shower was empty, and no complimentary shampoo/soap, but a quick walk to supermarket fixed […] that. Hotel was great. Close to newly updated Britomart with lots of great pubs and restaurants. Easy walk to the university & couldn't get closer to the arena. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. They actually enforce a 10pm quiet curfew which was handy one night when a few guests got rowdy. We were there for a conference with our two small children and they […] loved it. Washing machine and dryer in room were useful. We didn't use the kitchen. No bath facilities, only shower but that wasn't a problem for us. Staff very helpful. "Adequate no frills apartment"
First room allocated was not well cleaned and the second bedroom had only borrowed natural light. We were moved without fuss. Generally the rooms are very austere in appearance the decor is black and grey. Paid for Wi-Fi did not have signal in room.
