we had a great stay. The hotel is located in the heart of the old city. You could easily walk around and was very easy to find even with all the one ways.

Hotel is in the heart of the old city, very close to most attractions, souvenir stores and places of fine dining. Although the old town exterior is maintained, the room is reasonably clean and desk staff are nice and helpful with regards to tourist information.

Great location...but the accolades stop there. Room was small, bathroom was cramped, but the worst was that the windows were stuck closed (painted) and the airflow was dismal. No Air Conditioning. Had a terrible night sleep. Would look elswhere next time.

This place has a perfect location right in the middle of the old city and wonderful service. My only complaint were that they beds were hard, although some people might prefer that. The bathroom was clean and updated. My room also had a great private deck, a pleasant surprise! This place was also the cheapest one in the neighborhood, so overall a […] great value. Hôtel très bien situé, près des boutiques, Château Frontenac, petit champelain, parlement, Capitole..., de très belles promenades à effectuer... Très bon accueil chaleureux.

Hotel très bien situé avec un personnel très accueillant et très serviable. Nous avons été informé de l'ensemble des choses à faire et à voir ainsi que les différentes animations au sein de la ville dès notre arrivée sans rien demander! Un seul petit regret : l'absence de sirop d'érable au petit déj'

Litet hotell på centralt läge. Nära till allt, och rummet var helt okej. Dock var det oerhört lyhört, samt oengagerad personal. Sov där en natt, men ska man stanna i Quebec längre bör man välja ett annat hotell.

The hotel Jardin Saint-Anne is situated just within the walls, close to city sights and conference center. An old building, with a good atmosphere. Very quiet. Room was nicely refurbished. Breakfast was a bit plain. I had a good stay.
