A warm and efficient welcome from the student on duty on arrival was let down by a poor breakfast (as we were the only guests, it should not have been necessary to cook the breakfast in advance leading to way overcooked bacon and sausage) and absolutely nobody to be found when we left - fortunately we had already paid. This is a comfortable and well […] appointed hotel, but further let down by its location - what sounded like a night club turnout nearby in the early hours as well as quite a lot of traffic noise led to a very disturbed night. At first glance the Neo Guesthouse has it all. Excellent customer service, good breakfasts and a comfortable bed. So what's the problem? I have never known such trouble is getting to sleep. If it wasn't the drunken revellers shouting, screaming and swearing at all hours directly under your window, it;s the seagulls screeching at 3am every night. If […] it wasn't the noise from the air lock in the water cistern then it was the music from the bar down stairs reverberating from below. I know that the hotel cannot do much about the revellers or the seagulls (unless Brighton brings in a new law in which you can shoot them!) but I think they might want to invest in some double or even triple glazing. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Came into town on a Tuesday for a conference in Brighton. Was met by a very friendly staff who offered me advice on where to eat (Due South, so good) and what to do that night. My room was small but very very well decorated in a modern Oriental theme. Think there was only one other person staying in the hotel that night so it was a little creepy walking […] around at night. Breakfast was really good. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. If you are older I would recommend booking a room on the first floor as they do not have a lift. Very nice stay, very friendly young staff. Excellent breakfast. Room not so posh, but personally decorated and tidy and also neat bathroom. Would definitely recommend and go again.

Veldig fint og lite koselig sted å bo, god frokost og veldig god beliggenhet i forhold til sjø og shopping. Vårt rom hadde dessverre ikke toalett på rommet, men det gjorde ikke noe da toalettet på gangen var rett i nærheten. Ellers var det ett flott og nyoppussede rom. Kan anbefales.
