Only one treadmill - and don't use it before 9am - not ideal for anyone on business.

We came to Boston area to move my daughter into Boston College. Found Crescent Suites in Waltham which was about 15 min drive from Waltham to Newton. It was very reasonably priced. Room has separate bedroom with King plus living room with queen sofa for our 12 yo. It also had full kitchen which was spotless on our check in. Yep, clean, friendly owners & staff, delicious breakfasts. Inside the hotel-- it's all good. Perfect, even. Loved it. Good location in that it's easy walking distance to Waltham's main drag, Moody Street. However, the main part of the commercial area is at the southern end of Moody St., the Main St. end. The hotel is two blocks off of the northern end […] of Moody. The residential area that lies between the hotel and Moody is nice, but at night there were a couple of unsavory characters around. Great great great little hotel. Nice breakfast, free Wi-Fi, parking, and the Charles River in the back yard. The kitchen was as nice as mine at home, with a full fridge unlike some discount suites that just have a mini one. The owner and all of the workers were very helpful and friendly. I can't recommend this place enough!

Extremely clean & comfortable. Was only there over night and arrived late but it was a lovely quiet room.

What a discovery, beautiful brandnew family owned hotel. Free parking next to building, owner makes fantastic coffee and cappuncino, free as a service for guests. We stayed here for the first time and we were extremely pleased with the Crescent Suites. The rooms were clean and spacious. The front desk was very helpful.

Very clean hotel, very helpful and friendly staff, great kitchen, nice bathroom The only areas of improvement: beds were not that comfortable and the breakfast wasn't too good - but it was free, so it's alright!

My conventional inlaws wanted us to stay at a well known name hotel near Watertown. We persisted due to the good reviews and stayed at the Crescent (during one of the worst snow storms of 2011). We were completely happy and insisted that the family come up to see the room. The rooms are a good size, new and the complete kitchen and bath were well appointed. […] The room was so comfortable even in the cold temps. The owner and staff were very attentive and the breakfast each morning was better than the usual hotel free offerings. The area of town is mixed business and residence. This quiet suite-hotel is everything the business traveler might want (or vacationer) -- quiet, clean, friendly, spacious and well-appointed. The staff could not have been nicer (in fact, when I asked for walking directions to Brandeis (a mile away) the owner offered to give me a lift, which he did -- door to door. is the best hotel ever. They have superior customer service and anytime of day or night they will make you a cappuccino to order. The hotel was extremely clean, wonderful decor and the bed was great!!!! I wish we could have stayed longer and used the kitchen as it was elegant. Thank you Cresent Suites, we will definitely be back!!!!!!

Likes: + very inviting and cozy atmosphere + small path by the backyard + complimentary breakfast + fully stocked kitchen in suites + walking distance to Moody Street with great restaurants Areas for improvement: - walls can be thin and can get a little noisey depending on who your neighbors are - wireless service was inconsistent

Terrfic value. We stayed at this hotel after coming to Boston for a Red Sox Game. The location was convenient to the train and the owner was helpful with directions. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious the next morning. We will be back.

The staff was awesome at check in. My room did no have a sofa as I had expected and the manager on duty offer to bring an extra chair in my room which he did right on the spot. This place is great! Fantastic for the price. Huge room with full kitchen, excellent breakfast, good wifi. Very friendly staff. A real treat.

Hotel was immaculate from the lobby to every inch of the room. Very quiet as i suspect it may be soundproofed. Staff was very personable and gave me first-rate service. It was convenient to my end destination which was Fenway Park.by public transportation. The Riverside station of the 'Green Line' subway station was only 5 minutes away. We paid slightly more per night at the Crescent Suites but there were no additional charges: the rate includes parking, hot breakfast items and great cappuccino. The hotel is brand new. It is very clean & comfortable. It is nice to be able to do your own laundry & cooking when on vacation. Very roomy & quiet rooms. The owner & staff are very friendly, helpful & informative. I would highly recommend this place. Only 15 minute drive from Boston area. Breakfast included every morning.

This hotel was a great suprise. It is brand new inside. We had a 2 room suite which was beautiful and very reasonably priced. At check in we were offered a drink or snack. Don't judge a book by it's cover is what comes to mind when I think about the Crescent Suites. I wondered if I made a mistake as I approached the hotel. This is the type of hotel you would not necessary think of booking if you were to pass by - BUT the service is outstanding, the rooms are huge and the hotel very quiet. Frankly I was not sure what to expect when I pull in the first time but the experience was very enjoyable. Definitely recommended.

upgrade interior and furniture, well equipped and clean kitechen, nice welcome cappucino, great conversation with owner, garden by the river, We woule love to go back there again.

子供の大学（ブランダイズ）の用事の為利用しましたが、他の大手のホテルよりもずっと近く、便利でした。（ただし、レンタカー利用を前提として） 他のレビューで、環境に少し問題があるような事が書かれていましたが、私には全く気になりませんでした。レジデンスエリアにあり、暗くなってからだと、看板が小さいので見づらいかもしれません。 部屋も清潔で広めでしたが、壁が薄く、隣の会話がわかるくらいです。 朝食の時のカプチーノはおいしいです。
