Cluny Bank Hotel - Forres

Approximately 30 minutes drive from Inverness Airport, the Cluny Bank Hotel offers exceptional hospitality in a beautiful converted manor house. Just outside the cente of Forres, it's an easy drive to the coast to see Findhorn and lossiemouth, go south, you are not at all that far from the Cairngorms. Arriving early evening, the room we were given was […] spacious, warm and clean. Very comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facilities, but what really stood out were two things: 1. Our hosts - Lloyd and his wife are amazingly friendly, and Lloyd being the chef, concocts superb meals that one would usually find in a Michelin star restaurant. 2. The food - breakfast was delicious, the dining room cosy and quiet too. Nothing was too much effort and it's very quick to see how passionate Lloyd is about his food and hospitality. Great hotel with fantastic owners who really pushed the boat out when it came to looking after guests. The restaurant was amazing , we enjoyed our brief two day stay and the food and service was simply outstanding.

This is a charming 1800's small hotel in Forres. Run by a husband and wife the food is excellent, make sure to have dinner in their dining room and a drink in the bar. It was our favorite hotel and best meal throughout Scotland.

Just back from a 5 day break . The Cluny Bank Hotel Forres is a lovely family run Hotel in a beauiful area. We had a great welcome from Lloyd and Juila. Our room was lovely spaicious and quiet. The food was fantastic.

Litet familjehotell med bra atmosfär. God mat lagad av mannen i huset. Frukosten utmärkt!Härliga rum. Lätt att hitta till, trots läget. Rekommenderar ett besök på lilla destilleriet Benromach.
