Picked this hotel as it was the closest to the M.E.N Arena to go and see Steps. We managed to get an early book in at no extra charge. I did ask for 2 single beds but the room was a double, wasn't a problem for my friend and I to share though. Rang reception for 2 extra pillows and they arrived in 5 minutes. The view from our room over looked the terrace and there was some building work being done at the time but we didn't hear any noise at all. The pool, sauna and steam room are a must, pure bliss! Unfortunatly the spa was full on the days we visited so we couldn't have any treatments. Location is perfect, literally across the road from the M.E.N Arena and only a 5 minute walk to town and the Arndale centre. Food is expensive in this hotel though, but if you go into town there's a fab all you can eat restaurant called 'Red hot world buffet' for fifteen pounds. Its a bargain but you need to book in advance as it's mega busy there. The phone number for it is in the book about Manchester in the hotel room. My friend and I enjoyed this hotel so much we stayed an extra night! All in all this is a fantastic hotel with great facilities and friendly staff. I will definatly stay here again. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

For the price we paid we found the hotel rather disappointing. The location was dodgy after dark and the breakfast was poor. Too many tables cramed in to the restaurant making it difficult to get to the buffet and greasy food. Wouldn't chose to stay there again.

We booked this hotel having had previous experience of the Park Inn chains in other cities, and were not dispappointed. From the welcoming reception staff to the great restaurant and breakfast choice, everything was first class. we were on the top floor, and the ceiling-to-floor window took some getting used to! I need fresh air, so it was unfortunate […] that there was no natural ventilation in the windows, but for 1 night we accepted it. We were so impressed by the hotel we have booked it again for another show at the MEN arena in December 2012. The hotel is only 400m from the city centre, so we will be going again for 2 nights hopefully for the Christmas markets. I liked this hotel, which is relatively new and has a swimming pool, gym and spa facilites. The Breakfast is good too.

You be best describing this hotel as a Travelodge with a bar and a bit of colour. The room was clean, the bed unfortunately was awful. 2 single beds zipped together does NOT make a double bed and you have to contend with a ridge down the middle of the bed when trying to sleep. I can't comment on breakfast as I didn't have it and prepare to get very […] wet if you're going to the hotel or back to your car from the multistorey as the road junction you must cross is very busy and the lights take an age. Great location for concert in the MEN-arena. Just a short walk to the main shopping area.

My room was very clean, the bed excellent, and the staff friendly. But it cannot earn the highest ratings as the amenities are missing. No shampoo bottles, travels kits etc. Nevertheless, an excellent deal for the money.

Hotel location was perfect for night out at MEN arena and only short walk into city cenntre. Room /bed was very comfortable and bathroom v clean and massive walk in shower. Would have been useful if they had arrangement with car park or could advise on parking (other city centre hotels do this). Great for location right opposite MEN and short walk to Arndale. Reception put us in a double room with one bed when we had specifically booked a twin room 6 months in advance! Luckily we had the booking print out with us to prove that we did book a twin room. One negative is we asked them to book us a taxi to the airport, told us it would be £15 […] to £20 at most and it actually came to £27 so we didnt have enough cash on us. A bit poor - hotel should have a specific taxi company that they use that can offer fixed rates. Nice food in the restaurant but quite pricey for what it is. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

lovely place very tidy and clean. the food was very tasty and bar and waiting staff couldnt have been more helpful. there was a mix up with my booking and the receptionist who booked me in couldnt have been more unpleasant about it if she tried. but it didnt ruin my stay here.

Picked up this hotel on the internet when we booked for a show at the Arena. Excellent hotel to use , it's right opposite to the Arena & close to all transport links. The hotel itself was smart, clean & comfortable. Will definitely use it again.

Very Close to all Manchester has to offer but quite no late night noise. Would recommend this Hotel. Breakfast good selection well presented and hot.

Really surprised that a four-start hotel had run out of spare pillows. Only two (thin) pillows on the double bed. Arrived after midnight and was told that they had given out all the spare pillows, so I made a rudimentary one out of the blanket. Next day first thing in the morning I asked at reception for more pillows, and was told they'd 'do their best', […] then again in the evening, but told there were still none spare. The hotel is very nicely laid out and in a very convenient location for Manchester city centre. However, you get the feeling that you are in a budget hotel, just paying 5 times the price for the decor. At these prices you feel everything should be included, but it isn't.

This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel as it is very convenient for Sportcity. We were really pleased to find it to be a the same excellent quality as before. it is close to the town and some great restaurants. this time we ate in Poppa G's - a Greek restaurant with brilliant ribs, salads and mezza dishes. The hotel staff also recommended […] a great Indian restaurant just a short walk away from the Hotel - Saffron - great, reasonably priced buffet. The hotel seems to attract one or two hen parties but we have never been disturbed by any noise, so these are managed well. One small point - the hotel seems to be very well kept with quality products, so it seems a shame that it only provides cheap toilet paper in the bathrooms - not really something to stint on! i stayed with 5 friends for one night, only wish it could have been longer, i loved the hotel and the staff very very accomodating

Hotel was convenient for MEN and a short taxi ride to City of Manchester stadium where we were seeing Take That, which only cost around £6. The room was clean and comfortable. Only one pillow and no spares in the room. The pillow that was there was also very lumpy. No toiletries supplied, not even a shower cap! After the concert we asked if the hotel […] would be able to make us some toast but they were unable to do this as it was not on the Evening Menu and we felt that a burger or pasta was far too much for that time of night. The burbon biscuit in the room sufficed. Buffet breakfast was ok. The windows in the room could not be opened which I found rather disgusting, when was the last time some fresh air got in there? No bath only a shower. No one ever answered the phone at reception. No one knew which floors vending machines were on, had to check each floor ourselves. Breakfast not great at all. No complimentary conditioner or body lotion. Very Very nice hotel , very quick check in . Rooms very clean and spacious . Breakfast was superb , how they do it for £10 i don't know . One night stay 3 males, good location very close to Deansgate . bars and resturants. Spa / gym very good, staff friendly /helpful. Great value too

The colour scheme is very contemporary throughout and very pleasant (so good luck over the next few years keeping it that way), ideal location for the MEN Arena, breakfast was very nice - would stay there again!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay; despite the short visit, we found the hotel very clean and the staff helpful. I would definitely recommend the Park Inn Hotel to a friend.

This hotel is modern, stylish and has a convenient location on the edge of the city centre within sight of Victoria rail and tram station. Stores like Selfridges are about a 5-10 minute walk and it's literally right across from the MEN Arena. Beds in the rooms are so comfy. Good choice of hot and cold buffet breakfast which was constantly being checked […] on for top-ups by the staff on a busy sunday morning. Nice hotel literally next door to the MEN Arena so great for concerts etc. Nice bar, patio area and pleasant restaurant with picture windows so it feels light and airy. Beds super comfortable and despite its location (also by Manchester Victoria Station), it is remarkably quiet with no external noise evident at all. Brilliant location for shopping (10 mins) and the arena (less than 5 mins). Would stay again. Breakfast was not very nice though, potatoes tasted a bit old but this was made up for by the fantastic customer service both at check in/out and the restaurant staff, genuinely seemed happy to be working there.

Stayed here for one night - 2 mins from MEN arena. Friendly staff - comfy bed and good reasonably priced restaurant. I would stay here agin when in Manchester. Recommend eating in the restaurant - especially the burgers.

Receptionist upon arrival was very polite. Room was okay at first look, but the bathroom had not been cleaned very well. Would expect this is a cheaper/lower rating hotel. Bed was very comfortable but pillows were absolutely useless. Calling for room service was difficult. Bread was stale, cooked food tasted like it had been cooked about three hours earlier and left under the heat lamp. Was absolutely awful. Receptionist upon departure talked politely, but did not bother asking how our stay was. An excellent hotel close to Victoria station. The staff were welcoming and hotel was decorated to a good standard. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable (although the pillows were a bit soft for my taste). Breakfast and WiFi access were a bit pricey but other than that, I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is a conveniently located just minutes walk away from the MEN Arena, and Manchester Victoria station. The only thing that lets it down is a lack of parking on site (this is stated on web), and the relatively high cost of parking at the MEN (£9 for event parking)

Would recommend this hotel to anyone
