We LOVED the hotel..and the price was perfect. Is was really clean and the room was decorated beautifully. There was a hockey tournament that weekend so it got a little noisy at night but, other than that it's a very nice, respectable hotel. It felt like we were at our own private condo with all the amenities.

We really enjoyed ourselves, and it was great to relax, and be right next door to our ultimate destination, the Muskoka Boat & Heritage Centre. It was also Winter Carnival weekend in Gravenhurst, so the staff were busy, but they were very friendly and helpful, and their service was great. We've already booked dates for a summer stay.

I ENDJOYED MY STAY THERE. THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND PLEASANT. I COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER STAY. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. THE BREAKFAST WAS HOT AND DELICIOUS. CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK.

We come back here at least once a year. Fantastic room and excellent service. The only downfall I can say is that the coffee is terrible. Other than that, a great getaway.

Spent Christmas at this location & so enjoyed it. Not ideal for teenagers as there was little to do. Lovely pool and hot tub. Perfect little kitchen for fixing your own meals.

Staff go out of their way to make guests feel special. Terrific amenities and great (included) breakfast. Evening "snacks" are a nice touch. Well appointed rooms and fantastic view.Great spot.

The place was great, clean, etc. However there were 2 issues not accounted for in the questionnaire: 1 - online picture of suite showed a full oven so I planned accordingly but only got a microwave - was told a suite with a full oven was not available but this was after the booking. Great stay, breakfast was excellent, room was clean, but bed was a bit uncomfortable for us, loved the kitchenette and the balcony view.

My boyfriend and I absolutely love being up north and quite often are looking for a resort we can visit more often throughout the year. This resort was perfect for all the activities we like to do, restaurants, fishing, hiking, swimming, working out etc. Having a kitchen was really helpful, and the lakeview was beautiful. Well appointed Hotel, very comfy and new. Nice views over harbour and steamship. The boardwalk is a great edition, minutes to get to restaurants or at the nature trails. The staff is very friendly, not only showing us the shortcut to the boardwalk but also offering an umbrello in the rain. Beautiful surroundings all year retreat.

Very surprised by the rooms, size, amenities and style. View was amazing and the neighborhood was great. We were there after the summer season and would like to come back and visit in the summer. Thanks for helping make my 60th birthday weekend extra good.

It was our 10th Anniversary and the staff were extremely accomodating and even left a little gift in the room for us. Rooms were exceptionally clean and cosy, bed was very. Stay was Amazing. Great on site staff. Close to restaurants and wonderful gym & pool. Would not hesitate to book again or recommend. Only disappointment. Misleading info on website that we booked with. Our rate & description indicated a better view. We had to pay more for an upgrade. Frustration

This is one of the few hotels I've stayed at which does not only pay lip service to customer satisfaction. You can see in the attitude of everyone, from housekeeper to desk clerk, the pride and importance each sees in her job. The hotel suite met and exceeded my expectations regarding the suite size, amenities, food, staff hospitality, location, etc etc. I have stayed at much more expensive hotels, but none that I preferred to this one.

Access to hotel for check-in was difficult on Sunday due to proximity of public boat launch. Wonderful room with complete kitchen. Pretty view from private balcony. Excellent breakfast included in cost of room. Found the hotel to be overly air-conditioned: A couple of degrees warmer would have been more comfortable.

This was our first trip to the Muskokas and we loved it! Our room was LARGE. We stayed in a King studio. The balcony was a nice touch at the end of the day as it had two large Muskoka chairs to lounge in. The hotel was clean and the staff was very professional and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great as were the complimentary newspapers. […] The kitchenette was lovely (granite and stainless!!), although I think we will try and get one with an oven next time. We also enjoyed the whirlpool which had nice, strong jets to soothe aching cyclists' muscles. We also enjoyed the very clean pool!
