Not a fan of the "half pillows". Everything else was above top notch.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. I had no road noise which made for a great nights sleep. I very much enjoyed the indoor hot tub/heated pool! The location was within walking distance of a pharmacy and fast food.

Actually a great place to spend a night or two. The lady at the front desk is very nice and personable. Hotel seemed to be pretty well kept. Bed was very comfortable and room was large. Not much noise from other guest. Chilis in adjoining parking lot, food was good but get there early as line starts around 7. Only minor issues, slow elevator and in […] the bathroom the towels and ice bucket/cups are 4" off the floor next to toilet. That was a bit gross to me considering splashing and mopping would contaminate them. Maybe I am just being too picky though. Would definately stay there if in town again. very clean Hotel like new, could hardly believe it was 3 years old. Staff very friendly, it was easy to see why they have repeat customers. our room was a little tight where the king bed was located, difficult to move about, other than that all was great.

Comfort Suites of Kilgore was one of the best places I have stayed while being on the road. The establishment was very clean and the staff was very curtious and friendly. Also there is a Chili's next door and they will diliver to the front desk if you don't want to eat in the Chili's establishment.

The room was very clean (which is important to me) and customer service was great. The breakfast bar had varieties to choose from, and my over all experience was pleasant.

Friendly service, clean room, good breakfast. Fit our family of 5 just fine. Just changed managers (end of May 2012). Didn't get to try the pool since we visited before Memorial Day.

I have stayed here 3 times now. Very nice hotel with nice breakfast. Chili's restaurant next door and others plus Walmart across the street. Hotel is fairly new..I will stay there each time I go to this area.

Comfortable, amazing staff, treated our entire basketball team with respect and allowed the girls to have so much fun while they were there. The staff even became involved with our games and took a full interest in our stay. The beds were great, the rooms were nice, the pool was fun, and the area was comfortable. Thank you

Nice, clean, friendly hotel near interstate 20. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom big and clean and the room quiet. The breakfast was the usual fare and was good. I have no complaints.

I liked this hotel, its location was perfect for my destination! My 4 year old daughter enjoyed the indoor pool and even supplied balls for play in the pool. Clean rooms and the bed was very comfortable!

Our stay in Kilgore, TX was great. The staff was so friendly and the lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas... We were just there one night, but enjoyed our stay.

Very good hotel -- like the Comfort Suites a lot, although we have found there's some pretty big differences betwen them, depending on the city.

The hotel in kilgore was great. My kids loved the pool and the little bubbly decoration in the lobby. I would love to stay there again.

It was one of the most pleasent hotels I ever stayed in, it was average cost with a lot more than other hotels in the area. I will extremlly recommend this hotel.

I get my favorite room without asking each visit. As a female traveling along, safety is of utmost importance and the family who owns this trives to provide this. The hotel is clean & convenient for my business meetings. Chili's is a short walk across the parking lot.
