Stay was ok. For the cost I expected more. The hotel manages their expenses very closely--e.g. Only two well worn towels per room for two people.

Stayed here with kids for a trip to SeaWorld. Clean rooms, nice pool, good breakfast. Great deal for the money.

First off, very clean, friendly, convenient, and many other things you would like in a hotel. My issue is, for the price, we paid for a 40 y.o. hotel room with makeup. I thought keeping up with modern style for customer attraction was part of business, and not pawning the cost of modernization off on the customer. very nice, Clean Hotel. Lackland was reached in two minutes. Not many restuarants close by but many a short drive away.

The room was modern and very attractive. The staff was very friendly. The woman working the night shift spent a lot of time helping us find a church and give us directions. Highly recommend this hotel. We came to BMT graduation and this hotel is minutes from Lackland with a very knowledgeable staff (closest grocery store, nearest theatre, where to park to visit the Riverwalk), good breakfast with excellent coffee.

Since the rating on Expedia was only a 2 and a half stars, we were not expecting a whole lot. But we were pleasantly surprised!! Perfect hotel for this event. The staff allowed us to extend our stay on Sunday and the location is perfect for the base trips in and out. I would absolutely use and recommend this hotel again.

The only problem I had was that when we first walked into the room, the hand towel at the sink had someone's hair on it. Everything else was great. We enjoyed the indoor pool & hottub. Hotel was overall nice but drinking glasses were never replaced when used. Very convenient to Air Force Graduation with shuttle service but renting a car is absolutely necessary as there are no restaurants in the area. Even the fast food restaurants were across the interstate with no cross bridge access to them.

Nice hotel. Close to Lackland (less than 5 minutes). Only downside, not really close to any food or gas. Nothing built around the hotel. Overall, good stay. Usual Best Western.

We went down for a Lackland graduation and I was so excited about how close to the base we were. It was great! Being from the north, I was quite concerned about "bugs", but I did not see a single bug in the whole hotel. The pool was smaller than anticipated, but it was clean. All in all, it was a very nice experience!

The hotel was clean and convenient to Lackland AFB. All was very good except that the breakfast provided could be much improved. It was not bad, just does not compare to some of the other hotels we have stayed at where breakfast was provided, including other Best Western Hotels.

Over all the hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. They offered a complimentary breakfast. Our only complaint was the lobby bar. Pool was fouled and it took 2 days to clean it. No one seemed to know when it would open. NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR 106 TEMPS... Great place for military graduation. Breakfast was hot and pleantiful. Cleaning lady on 4th floor was wonderful... HARD TO LOCATE ON GPS

New hotel, very nice. Continental breakfast ... Mostly out of everything by the time I made it down, which was about 40 minutes before they closed the breakfast bar. The rooms were great though and therefore I would stay there again.

It was very nice with indoor heated pool and hot tub. Very quiet. Breakfast was typical hotel fare. No restaurants close to site but lots within a few miles. Enjoyed our stay and was within 20 minutes of city center and river walk.

I was very pleased with the cleaniness and location of the hotel. I attended my son's graduation in Lackland AFB. It was close and easy to get to the base. Very convenient! I would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for our son's graduation from Air Force boot camp. It is only 1 mile from Lackland AFB so it is very convenient when you are traveling back and forth from base. The full breakfast in the morning was wonderful and the hotel staff was helpful when we asked for directions to Lackland and directions to restaurants. The only downside […] to this hotel is that there is very little soundproofing in between floors. So if you are staying in a room with a room above you, most likely you are going to hear noises from the room above, especially people walking around. The front desk was very accommodating and helpful. The only complaint I had is that the garbage in the room was not emptied, only thebathroom garbage. i emptied my own. Otherwise the accomodation was good. Breakfast was good. Very clean, newer hotel. Big breakfasts served early so we could eat before being on base by 6:15. Very friendly considerate staff. No complaints. Be sure to use your GPS, the roads are confusing.
