I enjoyed my comfortable stay...wouldnt mind booking there again

very nice hotel, the breakfast bar was very satisfying with the staff being very friendly.

Out stay at the Hyatt was nicer than we expected.The hotel is located just off the highway only one short exit from the Mohegan Sun Casino. It is clean and our room was perfect. We enjoyed the king sized bed and living area with flat screen television and refrigerator. I would definitely stay here on our next visit to Mohegan Sun. You get a better room at 1/2 the price. Wonderful staff that goes out of their way to make you feel at home. I stay at Hyatt Places on business whenever I have the chance and they consistently do a great job.

Great stay, very close to Mohegan Sun. Breakfast is very minimal unless you pay for more, differentfrom other Hyatt Place's I've stayed in.

The staff were very helpful and so curtious.The Hotel was so clean and quite, great place to stay, no noise, slept like a baby, the room was so cozy, clean, very nice furniture, bed was amazingly comfortable, as well as the pillows, the pool was very clean and clear parking was great right in-front safe too.....great place to stay, I will be going back […] again but tis time with the kids once I find some kid friendly stuff to do at Uncasville. Room was very well planned out lighting was great great shower! The only thing missing was a small safe. Comfortable bed, and seating area. Loved the thought of going back to the room. Dustin was friendly and thoughtful. Thanks for great hospitality Hyatt

Very disappointed as the room was not available on time after 4:00 pm ...until very late in the evening as they were NOT ready. No compensation was given and the reception staff looked confused and uninformed. Not a good Hyatt experience!

The hotel room was sparkling clean and very up to date with furniture and style. The staff was courteous and accomodating. Great price and even better location.. minutes away from Mohegan Sun. Loved our stay here!

My husband and I wanted to stay at the casino as we were going there for a concert but we decided for the Hyatt as it was affordable and very convenient. It is less than a mile away, it took us 5 min to drive there and back, but they also have shuttle. The rooms were really nice and comfy. This is our choice now whenever we are in the area.

the hotel is nice but it had no jacuzzi or tub..... the bed was really comfortable... there was no food in a fine restaurant anywhere in the area or hotel after 9pm .... very disappointed.

WOW - brand new, one mile from the Mohegan Sun and just a great hotel. You can't lose with a Hyatt in general, but these rooms were so comfortable and well appointed that it will be the place we stay when we travel to the area. Our friends stayed at the Mohegan Sun hotel and their room couldn't compare to ours in comfort, price, and amenities. The rooms […] are oversized with sectional couches, flat screen TV's that swivel from bedroom to living space, free internet and every outlet possible for every gadget you have. I have stayed at many hotels.com hotels by far not even close in comparison this is the clear cut winner. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to myself and my girlfriend needs with 24 hour service; not to forget great service to and from Mohegan. great location, very clean and comfortable room, friendly staff at desk....there is a need to run more than one shuttle between the hotel and casino as wait time can be 40 minutes, and then only half the people waiting can get on...also, continental breakfast was a disappointment...very disorganized and chotic atmosphere...asked for a spoon for cereal […] and was offered a small plastic one because "people had been stealing spoons over the last couple of weeks." Really?!!! Must say, however, that a young staff person did an excellent job of calming down a customer who was swearing loudly and threatening to throw his food when it arrived because he felt he had been waiting too long for his order to appear. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Very nice hotel, rooms beautiful for the money. Very convenient to Mohegan Sun which was what we were looking for.

The hyatt was great! I only stayed one night but it was a great little getaway and so close to Mohegan Sun. There were a ton of people waiting for the shuttle so we had to be patient with that. Other than that it was a great place! Great room and so clean!

This was a great place to stay! We enjoyed the free shuttle to/from Mohegan Sun and had no trouble getting on despite it being very popular. The rooms are spacious and well-designed. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The mini fridge, bar area, and large sectional sofa made it a fun place to hang out with friends before heading out for the night. […] I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to hit the casino. We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place - Uncasville. The hotel was very clean and decorated nicely. Everyone was very friendly. The shuttle to Mohegan Sun was quick and easy. Excellent hotel!! Reasonably priced....very chic and clean. Most comfy beds ever for a 3+ star hotel. Free wi-fi & Continental Breakfast was great....servery was a bit tight for all the people but food was fresh and there was a nice variety. Location location location! Hotel was right off the highway and close to both casinos. I'll definitely go back...Irelis […] at the front desk was so pleasant even at 12am when we arrived! The hotel was adequate. We were surprised that there was no information in the room regarding ammenities. Usually, there is a book that helps you.

Booked the Hyatt for an annual outing with my brother to the nearby casinos. The cost for the room was slightly higher than the Cristata Inn just up the road, but the difference in value was tremendous. The hotel is sparkling clean and decorated in a modern yet warm style. The desk clerks were great...amiable and pleasant. The room was huge. Not quite […] a suite, but plenty of living area offset from the beds. Excellent WiFi, fast and relatively easy to connect (although did have to go through annoying re-register each day). Wide screen TV actually offered Hi-Def television! (not the usual stretched-out grainy standard def most hotels deliver). twice an hour shuttle to Mohegan Sun seemed prompt and reliable. Free breakfast was toast, english muffins, bagels, fruit, yogurt, cereals, coffee and juices. Eggs and hot breakfasts offered for additional cost. Nice little bar with limited selection of bevs was very attractive. .Minor issue with heating/cooling...AC unit located near window...room big...Bed near AC/window required extra blankets while still a little warm in sitting area near the door. hotel is execellent, free shuttle till early morning back and forth from the casino. much better price then other hotels in the same general area. continental breakfast, wifi, large tv's, pool. need i say more.
