Staff was a bit lax ... my room air conditioner wasn't working correctly - wouldn't turn off and would either run hot or very cold. I was too tired to change rooms. Would think that a staff member would notice this and do something about it. General mild broken things in room that - once again- i would think a staff member would repair. "Courtyard in Fort Worth - close to Hulen Mall"
I was very pleased with my stay at Courtyard. Staff very helpful, rooms great. My boys enjoyed pool and fitness room. Very quiet considering it is right on freeway.
"Bugs"
Our room had bugs in it. It was right by the stairs and people were coming and going through 3:00am. The door would not close unless you pulled it shut. if you didn't watch carefully it could be left 'open' all night.
Need to change the directions on the web site. From east bound I-20 SW 820 Loop no longer exists due to road constructions. Instead should exit on Bryant Irving go left to Overton Ridge Blvd go to hotel. Not being familiar with Ft Worth it took us about twenty minutes to finally arrive at the hotel.

"Courtyard Marriott in Fort Worth-Great Place!!"
My Husband and I have stayed in many hotels and this was by far one of the best for the money! Great Location. Near shopping and plenty of restaraunts. The rooms were very clean and large for a hotel room. Plenty of space and very comfortable feeling. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here. "Courtyard by Marriott Fort Worth West at Cityview"
Hotel was AMAZING. It was very clean and modern. The staff was very helpful. I liked the 24 hr services available for Starbucks-a nice feature. Definitely recommend this Marriott! I will stay there again.

"We will be back! Great stay!!"
We go to FTW to get away every so often. Out of the last year, this is the best accomidations we have had yet. Friendly staff, spacious rooms, and excellent location. There is nothing negative we have to share about this experience. Overall excellent! We will be back.

"Courtyard by Marriot in Fort Worth"
Great hotel, very new and comfortable. Bed was on the firm side of comfortable but still good, and either the walls were a little thin or the guy in the room next to us was snoring like a Harley. Overall though I would stay here again very happily.

"Absolutely fantastic experience"
We stayed at a brand new hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was large, spacious and gorgeous. My husband could watch TV while I slept without disturbing me. The bathroom was luxurious and the towels were soft and fluffy. We met the owner and she was very nice and easy to talk to. The staff was very knowledgeable.
